This place is a rip off. I went for the first time & the lady at the front desk said I owe past due fees. I informed her that they been taking money out of my acct every month. I then told her to cancel my acct she said I can’t cancel unless I paid the past due balance. The commercial say you can cancel at anytime. DO NOT BELIEVE

Thank y'all for taking my consideration of closed captioning on tv for the deaf! Now,can you please change color to white & not this yellow please, can not read it. I am so pleased to see its been done though after being told ( could not be done) now make our gym like Oconee South Carolina with equipment like they have !! Keep up good work !!

I love planet fitness in general. It is by far the most economical way to keep a gym membership. I love the no lunk policy. I hate show-offs. Everyone is welcome. I am never disappointed!

Somebody cut the lock in the locker and stole my personal staff. I advise everyone if you go here do not bring anything with you. The employee did not even call the police, but said to come on Monday and contact the manager. Terrible attitude towards customers

Hard to find parking. Way too much cardio equipment. Over half of the units are unused while everyone fights for space to try and lift weights. You can get time on the machines, but free weights and cables are almost always full.Bad location for a gym and poor mix of weights to cardio equipment. Looking for a gym with more iron or hopefully the YMCA opens a location for Palm Coast.

The nicest Planet Fitness I have ever been to!I wish I lived near this planet fitness. It seems very new. All the equipment is in tip-top shape and the place was extremely clean!

I do not recommend this planet fitness especially at night. When i was done working out, i wanted to get a message and no worker was found. I walked around to the message section and a female worker was sleeping. Terrible service. bathrooms are half fasted with cleaning. Absolutely disgusting. I will be sticking to my previous location, Old Kings.

I signed up here last year and everyone was so nice!!! I haven't been in a long while, but when I was having issues with my current location in Texas, I called back here and Matt handled it! He was courteous, professional, and cheery! GO MATT!! You made my day!!!
