The owner, Jake, is a young, well educated personal trainer that keeps a clean facility and is allows available if you need him. He has been regularly expanding the gym and equipment to satisfy a wide range of needs. Yoga mats, kettle bells and even tractor tires. He offers classes for powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, morning cardio, and classes for kids. He's very considerate of his clientele. Highly recommended to all!

Great hands on gym!! Alot of equipment and opportunity. The owner is a great gut knows alot about health and fitness. Wouldnt go anywhere else.!

Amazing gym more friendly environment then a brand name gym. Jakes a good guy. I go pretty much every day and love every training session there

I cant make it into the gym but jakes online content on his social media sites are very helpful and packed full of good tips and techniques to help me improve my form and overall excersizes! Love watching the informational videos and also enjoy seeing the amount of people that do go to the gym succeed in their goals at southside strength!

I really appreciate the time Jake has dedicated to helping me. This gym has a familial vibe that makes everyone feel welcome. I have had a hard time in the past feeling comfortable going to a gym and with other personal trainers- I have felt like a burden, but not here! I would, and have, recommended Jake and Southside to everyone I know that is in the market for a new gym/ personal trainer.
