I like this chain and this location. It's affordable, has the basics, they have huge fans & they also have massage chairs. I always see staff going around cleaning, which is nice because I get paranoid about catching a cold or the flu (stay home if you're sick). They also provide spray and paper towels to clean, and the members are good about cleaning equipment when they're done. I haven't had to worry about dirty restrooms once which is also nice. The staff is friendly at all locations, especially the Lancaster location.

Awesome and clean. Employees very nice..beautiful place. Lots of different machines to work out on...water massage chair feels awesome...etc.

They are SO helpful here and nice. It cheers me up every time I walk in! It helps me push through my exercise and their is a lot of equipment

Always packed and when I finally go to workout’ girls and guys just follow you with their eyes just keep starring and starring the whole time I had eyes on me and I felt like they were just judging how I worked out and if I cleaned the equipment very scary and annoying that’s why I hate going to the gym!!i can’t wake up to work out at 2-3 am, and need to go during the day when it’s packed till 12am

Seems all of palmdale come here! Alot of them walk without a clue from equipment to equipment taking time away from people who are serious. Gets so packed sometimes you have people working out right next to you, don't sign up here!

If your just traveling through, it’s best to go to the many other gyms nearby that have a day pass that goes from free to up to 10 dollars. This place is charging 20 for a day pass lol.

When I came to sign up they said there wasnot commitment, no contract. They never showed me the agreetment; just make me sign in a pad. And now when I came to cancel the membership, they charged me $58.00 fee. These are liers, deshonest and trickers.

I pay for this black card membership which is supposed to work at all the facilities. Funny thing, I waste 20 min of my time anytime I am away from my local location, because for some reason, they can't find my barcode, the agreement number does not work, my cell does not work, my bday does not work, so the benefit to being a black card member is not working out. Planet fitness really needs to get this fixed evidently it has been a problem for a lot of people and since there has been no resolution, it gives the impression that planet fitness could care less about inconveniencing its patrons.

Thell Rip you off thay said my monthly payment was Supposed to be $10 nope it was $100 😠 and I bearly went because I couldn't find a baby sitter so naw I go to (MONSTER FITTNES) thay have free child care so I can work out there very friendly and nice people and cheap only $32 a month or less depending on your job or if your a veteran

They allow girls to videotape while naked women are dressing in the background. When I complained manager just said ignore her. The manager was a little punk. I joined a better gym.
