The good, the bad, and the ugly.Good... The price is right. It's close to my house. They have a decent variety of equipment.Bad... Small facility, often over crowded. I've had to wait to use free weights many times, where only huge weights were available. Seriously, today nothing between 5 and 35 lbs was on the rack. Too many treadmills, not enough weights.The floor... Only THREE mats in the floor area. THREE. Decent sized area, but I've had to workout on the hard floor several times because there are NO mats. Unnecessary.The facility is way to warm. Some fans in the free weight section would be terrific. Also, It's a cramped space at the benches and hard to do area workouts like lunges without getting in someone's way.Ugly... The trainer lady at the floor area is a b$%c# . She yelled at me my first visit because I grabbed a dirty mat that was against the wall. Seriously, yelled at me, shamed me, and made me feel stupid. How the hell was I supposed to know? Today the same ugly spirited woman trainer arrived to the floor area after I was already half way into my workout. She started a class and acted disgusted that we were in "her" space. She was so unprofessional that she started badmouthing us as we finished and walked away. My wife overheard. I almost canceled right then and there. She is a liability to the success of the company and needs to learn how to be polite with customers. I was in a corner quietly discussing our workout with my partner. She just has an ugly attitude and doesn't seem to like people. She shouldn't be in customer service.

Staff is 👌🏿they greet you when you come in and are very respectful. Probably the cleanest gym I’ve ever worked out in. Then you get a massage on your way out, greeted again by staff upon exit. A+ …

Extremely friendly and professional staff, and for the most part the gym members are cooperative and considerate of one another. I really enjoy this gym.

very lax on mask mandates. dont feel safe. not enforcing it. even after i told the staff they just blew it off

It's getting better. It took me by surprised when I enter the men's locker room and a female worker is inside. I don't really care but that was something else.
