I would love to rate 5 stars but y’all to don’t open 24/7 no more .Nice gym equipment and staff another I don’t like ya took main basketball goals down. I understand Covid going on when ya going open 24/7.

I have A membership with 24 hour fitness, but Alma mireles was kind enough to help me out and try to offer me a better value for a membership at fitness connection instead. not only did she give me a tour of the facility, but explained the extra benefits that come with the membership. An if I Had any questions or problems that I could contact her, and that she would Do her due diligence to resolve the issue. If you're looking into getting a membership. I would definitely go and check out this facility in Pasadena and find Alma Mireles she will give you that A-1 customer service experience.

honestly i love the gym it is almost deserving of five stars due to the variety of machines, cleanliness, and facilities but the hours are really bad. until they accommodate late night gym goers it's staying 1 star

Got the all locations membership, wanted to downgrade.Was told I'm not allowed to do that, so I cancelled the membership and resigned up.Now I'm being charged for 2 memberships and being told by the company that I can't use one of them to bring a friend to the gym for the next 45 days while I still have the cancelled membership.Tldr; 0 flexibility in membership management, company stole $50 from me

Gym is always hot. They do not run the AC well and not cool enough. Thermostat often says 76 or 78. Outrageous !! Not safe. Should be 70 or lower in a gym, during pandemic, with 200 people in here sweating.

I been coming here for years and have never had any issues with any of the fitness members there. Up until recently. I had forgot my pre workout and went up to the desk to purchase some. I was shocked at how rude the girl that helped me was. Her attitude was super uncalled for when i was simply and nicely asking for pre workout. To top off this bad experience someone came in after me (im guessing someone she knew), and she completely ignored me and helped them instead. I didn’t want to be a karen and ask for the manager but this was completely UNACCEPTABLE!! The reason i am giving a 5 star review is because the other young lady there I believe her name is Alma, made that horrible experience so sooo much better! As soon as she noticed i was in distress she came to my aid and also apologized for the inconvenience. I was able to successfully purchase my pre workout and continue with my workout happy.

Place is pretty clean. Not open 24/7 for the last couple of years. The rules posted are a joke to people, especially the top one broken that’s the most annoying is people grunting so loud and lifting more weight than they can handle so you can hear them to the Beltway and when they drop the equipment you can hear if over the ship channel. No one goes over to stop the drama and attention seeking behaviors. Ridiculous!

Thieves, check your bank account, we finally got someone on the phone to tell them our complaint and found out not only did they set our account up the wrong way they put us in a yearly contract when we clearly said we wanted the $10 a month special. NOW they are telling us we OWE them money after over charging us both every month. Oh and there is a $50 early cancelation fee. Heads up, for some reason they need a 30 day notice or you get charged for the next month you will never use. Yes I'm sure I'd expect that in a contract but just casually signing up for the $10 Special "no contract" written on a sign by the door was very shady. NOBODY will listen to us, they set our account up WAY wrong. And continue to argue. BAD TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Note: we didn't even want to cancel, we HAD to because we were both being over charged. BEWARE

Usually go to the Fitness Connection off East Frwy. LOVE that gym and the employees, moved so this one is closer. Big gym lots of machines and different amenities only reason I’m giving it 2 stars rather then 5, because the girl working the front desk is RUDE. Attitude for no reason, why make gym goers feel unwelcomed? I don’t get it. But other than her stank attitude everything else is fine! Please get welcoming people to work the front desk, make her a janitor so she doesn’t have to disrupt peoples happiness. Please take that into consideration, reading past reviews and seems like I’m not the only one who’s came across her problem.

I haven't been in this particular FC in almost five years and I noticed how different it looked. For me, the space was more open and the machines weren't so close together. That was a plus. However, I felt a bit uncomfortable with the pool. It was a bit dirty and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Other than that, I really enjoyed myself at this gym.
