The training classes are great Matthew is an awesome trainer. But letting all these kids come in for the summer has been a disaster, they don't put the equipment back or clean anything. They are just on their cell phones and visiting with their friends and not working out. That idea of letting them come in for the summer was not a good idea. If this is done again, I will definitely cancel my membership.

Front desk staff are always very friendly and welcoming, they are continuously cleaning exercise equipment.The facility trainer "Raymond" makes sure that his members are meeting their physical goals. He is very patient with each member, providing encouragement throughout the work-out.Kudos to the Manager "Lenny" for managing/leading his staff and maintaining a clean facility.

Planet Fitness makes it incredibly inconvenient to cancel your membership if you move away. You are required to send a certified letter which is absolutely ridiculous in 2023. They force you to link your bank account so there's no way you can just cancel it. They automatically pull the money out of your account and there's no way to stop it without sending them a letter.
