Manager is very professional along with the trainers and staff.. They don't stare at you while working out and everyone is focused on themselves

This is the worst gym ever.. They don't have ice and want to sell an empty plastic cup for a dollar.. They don't have water sometimes.. Equipment always broken.. Nasty people at the door. Not all retro fitness are this bad.. This is the worst gym ever.. Only good thing is open 24 hours.

Open 24 hrs is the best! The layout is a little confusing. The dumbbell room needs to be in a larger room for sure but it's a great gym.

Employees and management are alway nice and friendly. The facilities are clean and they clean up everyday. I live is 24 hour gym , so there no excuses.

I have a fracture foot. I will need surgery and a lot of pt and the Management(Hector) still want to charge me no member care. all they want is your money. better gyms out there planet fitness, golds gym etc. The other gyms have better equipment and cheaper.

This retro fitness was okay but had a very pleasant experience with Alex at the front desk. She was very helpful and assisted in a very annoying financial issue I had here. She was super nice too so hopefully her manager gives her a raise! :D
