Decent gym. They just rip you off for canceling. Also never received my amazon gift card I was promised.

Been to 4 retros all over NJ never seen one this dirty. People were rude. Not a lot of free weights all disorganized. Going back to Hackensack.

I had a membership once and wasn't allowed to cancel because I lost my job, the only way I could cancel was if I was disabled, on a wheel chair or was going to die, according to what the two said, so do your self a favor and stay away from Retrofitness 😡 …

I've been a member for about 2 years now and I absolutely love it. They tell you your BMI when you first sign up for membership and you can work toward improving yourself 24/7 definitely fits your schedule!

Gym is fine they fix machines quicker than a 50$ a month gym. I come at 4 and the gym is empty, Best time to work out. Could use a cleaning up a bit

I was a member since 8/2013. I am very disappointed with the member service. The folks at the desk have attitudes and very unhelpful. There was a misunderstanding with the annual fee. My card denied the charge of $21.36 and later the monthly fee charge was denied. I was not aware of this. And since my account was 10 days overdue I was charged late fees. Could not resolve this with the member service. Canceling my membership.

This is a somewhat decent gym for anyone looking to do strictly cardio, but not for anyone looking to lift or athletes. The weights are ALWAYS scattered or missing and a the equipment tends to be broken often. Most of the staff gives good customer service, but the facility could use good management. It is a little depressing trying to workout in such a messy place.

The staff is great but, the facility smells bad, The free hand weights STAY disorganized ALL THE TIME, the bathroom & locker room are always dirty and for how often I'm there seems like the same trash remains on the floor for multiple nights. Machines remain broken for weeks at a time. I guess you get what you pay for 20+ a month. 😒 I only go here because of the hours because I work late. Considering switching gyms as the poor upkeep is a distraction. Also the cable tv access to the machines has duplicate channels and the channel guide posted on the machines says it has channels it doesn't. This place needs a major revamp I can't see how they remain open other than the 24 hour access.

Love the place, it is more bigger and more convenient for me and its 24 hours

This is the worst place ever they overcharged me and after that they still send me to a collection agency for nonpayment without notification retro is a joke
