Club Pilates Pearland location is the most unprofessional location I’ve ever been to. They have been understaffed for MONTHS and the staff that they do have never wants to do their jobs. The phone is constantly ringing with nobody at the front or the front desk girl is busy working out with the class when she should be at her desk. I went up there today to reactivate my membership and the door was locked at 3pm in the afternoon. I knew someone was there because I saw a fresh drive thru beverage on the front desk by the computer. Nobody came from the back to answer the phone either. This is not the first, second or third time this has happened and I have expressed my concerns to the employees before. I will NOT be coming back here and I don’t recommend anyone else does either.

Their cancellation process is a mess! I have been trying to cancel my membership for the past 2 weeks to make sure I am within the 30 day period. I have called every day only to be told that they can not help me without a manager. I have emailed the manager with no response. When I finally got in contact with the manager I was told I would get a confirmation email that day saying the cancellation went through. I never did. And when I called the studio they were unable to confirm anything. The studio just wants to take out money and not help their members have a good experience from beginning to end.

I agree with the review left by Barbara Lee. The instructors ARE a hit or miss. Monica is amazing! She is a true instructor. I could bet she was probably a teacher before because it is evident that she understands that there are people at different levels in her class. She makes sure that everyone is doing the move correctly and does a great job modeling as well. I have tried out 5 instructors at this point. Some of the instructors totally ignore you and let you continue to do the wrong move, others call you out by saying well if that’s what you want to do, and others sigh when you aren’t doing it right. I go to pilates to feel relaxed so I just wish all the instructors were good so I can leave there feeling like I conquered the world! Also, if you are a working professional it will be hard to get in with the instructor that’s best fit for you.

Impossible to book classes to align with a routine. I'm an absolute newbie to Pilates and the Intro class was relatively good and I was excited to start my experience so I signed up. I read the 3-MONTH COMMITMENT but it didn't phase me because I was looking forward to the experience. However, WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU:1) You must BOOK for only LEVEL 1 classes (or whatever Level you're at) so all those classes that you see on the schedule is just a smoke-screen....2) The WAITLIST has upwards of 10 people (especially for popular times), you're competing with every other local member (per Level) - and the availability per class is only 12 people.3) The SHORT NOTICE NOTIFICATIONS when you are selected for a class (I guess 30 minutes is the default)...I learned while cancelling my membership that I can change that in the APP but NOT BEFORE I had already LOST those class CREDITS.4) ...and speaking of cancellation - I had to pay $100 to cancel which I truly don't care about but note: I HAVE YET TO TAKE EVEN ONE CLASS in over a month (which is my point).... so at this rate I'm simply giving away money. I have two classes remaining because I was a No-Show for the short notice classes.....I simply wonder how many other unsuspecting people lost credit and money from this. Now I did get lucky tonight and have my first class booked for Thursday @5pm (today is Sunday April 23rd @ 10pm). I'm waitlisted #2 for the other class (tomorrow). I changed the notification on the APP so I'll see tomorrow if I receive a TIMELY notification. But also know, that when you're Waitlisted, you lose those credits temporarily - they are returned if you're not selected but you can't book with those 'held-waitlisted' credits.Fundamentally, with all the issues and problems that I've experienced...it's SIMPLY A MONEY GRAB in my opinion. When considered, the notifications fiasco allows them to collect money for classes that members are No-Shows and I was only told AFTER I complained it about...however, IMO that information should be a mandatory part of the Intro.5) Lastly, if you're gainfully employed - forget about class availability, it sucks and you're competing for times at whatever Level and don't know if you're going to be working-out that day or not.Overall, I'm hopeful that I've provided others with enough info to at least, AVOID losing credits and money with the whole notification issues; be informed on the class availability & competition issues during popular times, and made ya aware on booking only for your Level so when you look at the schedule you know to look only for your Level 1, 1.5, or 2.I wouldn't recommend this studio.

Customer service is trash. The text messages you receive daily prior to signing up is non existent when you actually need assistance.Look at how quickly you responded. I’ve left voicemails. I have sent text messages. I have even sent inquiries online. It looks like the next step would be to send out a search signal. I have already made note of my numerous attempts, and have even went so far as to file a BBB complaint.

I really WANT to like it but so far…meh. The instructors are hit or miss. I’m new at this and I share that at each class. Some of the instructors totally ignore you and offer sketchy direction so it’s unclear what the movement is or if you got it right. On top of that, the 4/8 pack structure doesn’t allow for you to even get on a waitlist until your credits renew, sometimes leaving me without a class for a week or more. Maybe I’m missing something tho. I’ll ride it out until my 90 days are up and reassess.

Had great intro class with Bobbie. Only 15 minutes vs 30 they tell you online however it was a good 15. Prior familiarity with Pilates as a teen so I warmed up body days before attending. Definitely glad I did since there wasn't any type of warming up prior to using the equipment for the 1st time.Manager wasn't going to mention the drop in classes available for $35 until it was mentioned, which raised an eyebrow. I understand needing to get sales but being transparent is equally important so people can weight all options available to them.Other than that, good 1st time and looking forward to going back.

I have been a member here since a month after they opened and it has been one of the most positive experiences of my entire life. I have lost 10 pounds, have gotten in really good shape and am a lot healthier since joining here. Every single staff member and the manager, Alex, are professional, very kind and super helpful. I always look forward to going to my classes as the curriculum always changes so you do not get bored or static in your physical goals. I try to go as much as I possible and have only had amazing experiences here. As far as cleanliness and safety, everyone fully disinfects and wipes down their equipment after every single class. The equipment is spaced out, there is an air purification system in the room and you can opt to wear a mask. The teachers are the absolute BEST and I love them all! They are always looking out for your best interest and wellbeing. I highly recommend Club Pilates Pearland and you can trust all the positive reviews.

I love it!!!! Morgan is awesome and the instructors are so good in their instruction. I enjoy each instructor....Monica is my favorite. I am so excited for the Friendswood location to open; yet, the commute is well worth it. Thank you for helping me feel better and stronger.
