When I picked my son up from the daycare he was crying, I asked what happened, he told me the male in the back assaulted him. The daycare front desk refused to tell me the man's name working or let me speak to him. The front desk at the day care told me to call corporate the next day and that no manager was in duty, which i found out later was a lie. The daycare front desk refused to tell me her name and refused to call a manager. Obviously I called the police and have filed a report. The police are going to review the cameras.

Well, I think the locker rooms need to be a little cleaner, but stuff is nice and seems to be clean everywhere else. Machine are broken for month. If you pay a premium, you should get premium service.

I have come a long way with my fitness goals at Life Time, thanks to my Personal Trainer, Omar Ornelas. I have dropped 2 sizes and gotten so much stronger since I signed up with him in July. The pain I was experiencing from being sedentary for the past few years is gone and I am so much more comfortable in the gym now. I am forever grateful to have my health back and highly recommend Omar if you are looking for help meeting your fitness goals. You can sign up for a stretch with him to see what he has to offer. That is what I did. He really is the best!

The constant price increase is annoying!!! When the gym first opened my membership price was about 90 dollars it is now $140 . For what??

The gym is great no complaints but what has made my experience at this gym the best, has been the kids academy. I just want to commend Miss Honey. I don’t leave my kids w anyone but she has made me feel so safe about having them there. You can tell the difference from someone who just has a job & someone who loves their job. Thankful for her & all of the staff including Miss Lisa, Paula, Gina, Amaya & Cortes. Just felt like they needed recognition bc I’m so grateful for them.

BEWARE- Put a hold on membership for a $15.00 month fee and was not made aware it reactivates after 6 months. Never stepped foot in club for over a year and was charged over $1,700 and was told there is no refund.

If you get a membership, it takes a whole entire month to cancel. Makes no sense because you don’t have to wait a month to get in, so why does it take a month to cancel this membership? With the amount you pay for a membership, it should be canceled way sooner than a WHOLE MONTH.

Mr. Breissinger, Please tell your employees to stop parking near the front, remember, it’s a professional courtesy for employees to park furthest away from main doors. Found it very rude that an employee in a sky blue lifetime shirt rushed into a parking spot near the front while I was also waiting for a spot.

Just super appreciative of Yanci Torres going above and beyond call of duty as a conceirge to inform and help me as I try to decide on a transition to the region. I've had other Lifetime's in other states be very vague with questions ive asked but Yanci is very purposeful about making sure you get a specific answer to the questions you're asking. She clearly puts the specific needs of the member first!I will say one thing, and I know this is probably a corporate issue but if so then add my suggestion to the suggestion box….PLEASE BRING BACK 24/7 OPERATIONS. I would love that…and with what members pay, we deserve it…the community deserves it. When a community embraces Lifetime and supports it, other gyms either shut down or never open. So you probably have put other gyms out of business that may have been 24/7. Therefore please be a good steward of the community support you have been privileged with and open your gym 24/7….again, especially with what you charge…you can do it. Thanks.

I am so sorry toPost a negitive review cause I really love coming to the pool BUT here goes. It’s been a horrible experience for me. I have quit my membership 2-3 times becsuse it’s so filthy. The pool area always has dirty bandaides all around the side of the pool. Looks likes it’s never been cleaned. Woman’s dressing room and shower has nasty hair everywhere. I have complained so many times they know me by my first name. I even caught athletes foot there. Now this morning when I told them there was 4 disgusting bandaides around pool they said there were none basically calling me a liar, I asked guy at front to walk the pool with me to point them out but he wouldn’t. I come for health issues, arthritis in my back and I need the water therapy. Forget talking to George csuse I did that too. Nothing changes. So sad csuse it’s a wonderful gym.
