Jungdo Taekwondo Academy

I have only good things to say about this place. Both of my boys have gone through this academy. My oldest gained confidence and an ability to be more assertive. My youngest has special needs and has just started again. The community is very welcoming and inclusive of all kinds of people. I feel like my son has a place he can be himself.

In quarantine, I became incredibly isolated and antisocial and spent a lot of time by myself. I found a passion in Taekwondo during that time and when I saw that Jung Do was open, I didn’t hesitate to join. I was skinny, weak, stiff, and lost but Master Nguyen and the friends I made helped me to become the athlete and person that I am now. Now I am one belt away from black belt and I have won every tournament I’ve gone to. I have gained confidence, athletic ability, good morals and principles from Master Nguyen and his teachings. I have not only learned to be the best athlete and martial artist that I can be, but I’ve learned how to be the best person I can be. If you’re considering putting your kid in martial arts, this is the place. All techniques and training come from the root of Taekwondo in Korea so we can make your child not only an incredible athlete and extremely skilled martial artist, but a good hearted human as well.

Have been bringing my little brother here for a little over 3 years now. He loves coming here and never wants to miss class. Love the instructors and the atmosphere they provide for their students.Highly recommend for anyone wanting to practice TKD themselves or for their kids.

I have been taking my kid here for 2 years now. Master Nguyen is extremely attentive and patience. The facility is always kept clean and smells nice. I even noticed they have medical grade air purifiers to prevent Covid spread. This place takes cleanliness very seriously to keep all the kids safe, and I’m very impressed.

Teddy and I have been attending this school for over 7 years since I first moved here and we enjoy hanging around Master Andrew. He is the best instructor I ever had thanks to his sense of understanding and kindness. I love the atmosphere that me and brother get participate in every week.

My nephew goes here for after school activities! Master Nguyen is very professional and knowledgeable. The school is clean, I saw multiple HEPA air filtration machines around the school. My nephew loves going here! He has become very disciplined and respectful after attending this program, he also able to follow instructions better. Master Nguyen is very inspirational and caring! We always hear goods thing from the boy. I can't wait to register my daughter next.

My son has been going here for more than a year and I even practice myself with Master Cho and Andrew. It has been a great experience. The philosophy of martial arts that Master Cho embraces makes him and his academy stand out.

My son is now a black belt. He has been a student here for more than 3 years. He loves this academy. He is confident and one of the best student. He won a gold and 2 silver medals at the Fort Wort Tae Kwon Do competition. We are so proud of him and his school.

My 7 year old son has been practicing Jungdo TKD since June of last year and he loves it. I am very pleased with Master Cho and his instructors. Instructor Andrew and Instructor Russell are good instructors.
