Booked the 5 am class for a trial class. Arrived at 4:30 only to be told it was a members only class. The purpose is to become a member which is confusing. This could be posted online.

I have been taking classes at the Pearland location for 6-7 years. I love the 60 minute workout that is alway different. The coaches push you to do your best and the staff are always helpful. I look forward to many years to come as a member well into my senior years. Thanks OTF!! 🧡 …

I started OTF in another city before moving here to Pearland, and Vivian was very helpful in getting my membership switched over. All of the coaches are super friendly and helpful! The front desk staff learn your name and make you feel welcome! Love this location!

Great workout! Coaches are attentive and helpful, and super enthusiastic throughout every single workout. Can't beat the price for what you get. It's like having a personal trainer who won't let you quit or give up!

My workout was very intense and activated every part of my body. I burned over 1K calories! I couldn’t have done it without the great trainer and incredible customer service.

Hands down the best 60 minute high energy circuit training place in the neighborhood!! You go in and get a great workout in without any hassle. The coaches are extremely fantastic with good energy and keeps you motivated. The studio itself is well maintained and the front desk is always courteous and friendly! Been a member for about 4 years and will be around for a long time!!!

This was my first time at this location. I’m coming from a location where the staff is flexible and let people in even if they’re late.Spending too much money, wake up early in the morning and get there just to be told you’re 5 minutes late and you can’t go in.Reason: you missed the warm up.I looked through the glass and saw treadmills available: running doesn’t require warm up.To Vivian, studio manager, I understand the company has rules, but being a little flexible goes a long way. Customers are more susceptible to businesses that are a bit flexible; especially when they pay high membership fees. Thus, don’t be a script reader! Using your judgment is crucial and imperative for your studio success.
