Like all other PF gyms. Very busy but kept clean. Several machines stay broken. Hence the missing star.

I am very happy with this gym. I was at dynamic fitness before this gym. I've been enjoying my work outs here and I really dont mind waiting for machines, and most other people dont seem to mind a whole bunch either. I havent ran into a rude gym go-er or any disrespectful people while working out. But I cant help but point out the fact that I feel like the front desk is judging me every time I walk into the gym, I feel more intimated by the front desk than the dude curling 75 pounds next to me lol. I will definitely keep going though , almost everyone wipes down their machines after they are done and it seems like everyone pulls their weight in cleanness and respectfulnessOne more thing, a lot of one stars are because people hog the equipment , if you want to use a machine, ask them how many reps they have left on the machine. It's not the most difficult thing in the world to approach someone with a friendly tone and ask them. Most people are naturally understanding

Money well invested!!! Easy to track your progress. Staff is great! There is an annual fee in addition to the monthly fee. It is charged once a year. So, don't be surprised.

This place is less crowded. The enrollment is easy and can be done thru app. Apple parking space, decent staff members, and a clean environment.

Already posted a 5 star review a few months back,but wanted to post this as well.Did we have to add the 30.06 sign to the front door? I thought the 30.07 sign was good enough, I am going to have to cancel my membership :(. As a responsible gun owner, licensed carried ect, I am not leaving my $2,000 gun in my car to be stolen for both financial reasons and for it to be used in a crime. most common way guns find their way into hands of criminals is being stolen from your car.

the front desk staff is completely rude. specifically the day time management Stephany ! i was refused service after being harassed by the manager. i do not recommend anyone going to this specific gym. the have very bad customer service. andwhen i asked to speak with the owner i was refused.i am also going to report this franchise to the better business bureau

First time at this location today, definitely will be back. The app showed small amount of people but when I arrived it was kinda busy. I agree with the other review on here saying there is a lot of treadmill. I would reduce the treadmill’s and spread out the machines a bit. Felt cramp using the machines.

It’s only about two workers who are pleasant. The rest seem like they’re annoyed if you say anything to them and they’re disgusted if you ask them to activate the black card services like the hydromassage machine. But the facility is always clean and any out-of-service equipment is fixed quickly.

I enjoyed my workout at this facility. The atmosphere was very pleasant from the front desk employees to the people that were working out. This was my first time at this location as I'm from Dallas so it was very freshening to workout in such a relaxing atmosphere. The equipment was up to par and everything appeared clean. Yes why I'm here I will be a repeat patron of this facility.

Update - Nov 25, 2022Planet Fitness continues to be a good facility for me to work out. Equipment is showing signs of aging though. A number of them keep breaking down but they are not being replaced or serviced often enough. Most of the equipment is used until it breaks down (lack of preventive maintenance) after which it's a couple of weeks or more before it is fixed.---------------------------Original Review - Jun 28, 2019It's been a few months since I took a membership at this place. I'm more than pleased with the facilities provided for the low-cost membership. The place is brand new so all the equipment is in great condition. I've seen the staff take care of it well. Everything is PF branded and it looks good too.Front desk is helpful. I haven't really needed much help from them anyway. I see many other reviews of people complaining about the staff. Must be a bunch of entitled princesses! I mean the place just started. Give them a break to learn the ropes. The staff needs to get to the flow and they'll get there.Ample parking space. I've come here at different times and never found the place crowded. In all, I'm pleased. Until a future update, I'm hoping to be a regular here.
