It was one on of the best CrossFit gyms in Pearland. After two name change the CrossFit classes slowly changed to bootcamp style workouts, quality coaches left for CrossFit gyms and the rest of the crossfit members followed. Still has the best equipment in Pearland. Just a shell of its former glory, Crossfit Propel.

So I went on a 7 day cruise this past June. Before going on the cruise I was at 207 lbs. After the cruise I gained 9 pounds. I was not to happy. It's funny how it is so hard to lose weight and real easy to gain it back. It just so happened that Brick Houston was starting the 28 day challenge and I signed up. Well after 28 days I was almost back down to the weight I was prior to the cruise (208 lbs). The 28 Days challenge was a lot of hard work but my body feels great for it!!I have been a member of Brick Houston for almost a year. I started Brick last year doing the 6 weeks challenge and was able to lose 10 lbs during the challenge. I really love the atmosphere. The coaches and staff at Brick Houston are AWESOME!! Thanks #BrickHouston!!
