This place has some great coaches, but also some abusive ones. You've been warned.

We have our 3.5yo enrolled here. The best thing here is the "curriculum." We tried several other gyms in the Pearland/Manvel area and so many of them are just glorified babysitting for the toddler age range. I'm not expecting my child to go to the Olympics at 3 but I do expect structured skill building. Reflex offers that. She loves her coaches. They have plenty of seating for parents to view.

My daughter loves going there, her coach is great BUT front desk Elizabeth is unprofessional, rude and made a huge mistake regarding the schedule that my 9 year old had tears because she couldn't attend her class. Elizabeth didn't apologize for her mistake, instead rolled her eyes.

My 9 year old daughter has been going here a couple months. She has no experience so it was wonderful they had a beginner class for ages 9 and up. After 3 classes she was moved up and her Coach for the new class is outstanding. Coach Ainsley (might be misspelled) is just wonderful with the kids. She demonstrates everything and is so encouraging while actually teaching the skills. I’m amazed how she can be helping one student but still give feedback to the others while they’re working at another “station.” She’s very aware of what each student is doing at all times. My daughter has never had more fun in her life and it’s so fun so watch her confidence grow.

My 4 year had been going for over a year and a half. My 3 year old was going to join the leaping lizards. After her trial week - to see if she liked it and was a good fit - we told them we would be back next week and would pay and register. They told us that would be perfect and to see us next week. However when we showed up, they told us that she needed to be registered (even though she was already in the system from doing the daddy and me course). The reason given was that the class was full. However, in the year that my older daughter has been coming, there have never been more than 5 kids ever show up even though there are two teachers in the class. We have only missed one week in the past 18 mos. I guess priority is given to those that pay and don’t show up. We will be looking for a new gym. While we hadn’t had any issues in the past (other than less that stellar cleanliness), if you don’t want our business then we will take it elsewhere. Personally I would recommend a place that values their customers a little more.

Beware! My daughters attended Reflex for 3 years and we never had any problems. When they were 8, they started a more intense class. They came to me crying after a class because the coach had pushed them down into their splits telling them to "feel the pain". I was furious and spoke to the coach and owner. We demanded our money back but they refused. We eventually got our money back but that coach is still working there. Don't let your kid go here!

RPGA is a very kind and respectful gym. They're very welcoming and very thoughtful. When you come into the gym, it is more like a home. The coaches are hardworking, supportive, and amazing. I love RPGA!

Greatest person! SEAN TOWNSEND as coach. It's sad when someone gets fired for stealing or abusive language has to slam this gym! I'm here to stand for this gym. It's held its own and thru a great fight. So down with S and 5stars for the gym and kids!!!
