Club Pilates

I really enjoy all of the different classes that are offered. Instructors are competent and helpful with instruction. Sometimes it is challenging to get into a class...but that is indicative of how much people love them. Free first class....try it...you might like it.

PUM, is a very great teacher help can see her again here in Pembroke Pines. She's amazing. Love it this class today. ❤️

Excellent place to exercise for all ages , very clean and neat place , the instructors are the best and your body is gonna changed amazingly!

This place is unprofessional , the staffs are rude and disgusting , they’re liars when it comes to cancelling your membership . I had a 3 months trial membership with them . They did not explain any cancellation policy to me , yet after the 3 months trial they billed my card for a fourth month , I told them I was only doing 3 months , suddenly they said I didn’t send them a two weeks cancellation letter . I wasn’t told I needed to do any form of cancellation our agreement is for three months , I called several times to speak to a manager left messages and did not receive a call back . Ari in the Pembroke Pines office is rude and unprofessional. They all need customer service training , managers included. Don’t waste your money, you’re not appreciated .

Love my plate class the staff is a very professional and sweet, and clean safe place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I put 1 atar because i don’t have another opción ; you guys deserve 0 star ⭐️!!! please do not take classes on this site the teachers are super rude,very unprofessional people! if the owner of the place reads the bad comments please improve customer service and learn to respect people….Aattention do not take classes with Ashley she is very Rude , zero professional treats people disparagingly!!!! Don’t loose your money please attention w this Girl horrible Ashley

It was all good until I had to cancel. With the exception of one instructor that coincidentally was scheduled everyday, classes were good.Then it came time for me to leave and suddenly they weren’t so nice anymore. No one answered my calls or emails. No one was available the front desk to cancel—ever. I had to get a lot of people involved in order to cancel. They still charged me an extra month + a late fee. AND while I was using the service they never processed an extra class I had purchased so they ripped me off there too.Also very hard to find a class. Classes filled up very fast and they weren’t very accommodating to cancellations or moving around.Aside from the classes themselves having to deal with Club Pilates as a business has been extremely frustrating. There are much better , more respectful and accommodating businesses elsewhere. I would have been happy to return if it wouldn’t have been for their cancellation process and their customer service. I cant imagine how many return customers they have lost in the same manner.

Super racist location the lady Michelle did not let me even do the class because I didn’t have my drivers license. She said you need a drivers license to fill out a waiver. Also she let someone else do the class without their drivers license so like I said racist, but as usual, that’s how Black people are treated

Kris is an excellent teacher. She is a highly qualified, professional and a friendly instructor who truly cares about her clients. I always choose her classes where she is aware about the students level and she challenge us gradually. Thanks Kris for keeping me in great shape!

I thought I was the only person who noticed how rude the people who work at that establishment are, but the reviews speak for themselves. However, this is not why I’m writing this review. Upon joining this Pilate club in Pembroke Pines, I signed up for a 3 months commitment (4 classes/month), for the months of August, September, and October. However, due to my demanding work schedule as a nurse, I was not able to use 2 classes from September and ended up having to move out of state back to my home state in October on a short notice (I’m not from Florida). I spent a whole day calling on 9/28 trying to cancel my membership and no one answered the phone. Finally, someone returned my calls but I missed it and they noted on the voicemail that they would email me a cancellation form. I never received that email. Finally on 10/1 I had to go to the facility and speak with someone at the front desk and they helped me cancel the membership, and kept the charges me for the month of October although I will not be able to use any of the classes. Why am I being charged for services I will not be receiving? I disputed the charge with my CC company, then received a call from the front desk at Club Pilates Pembroke Pines, stating that in order to cancel my membership, I will need to pay for the last month. I just lost a loved one today and was in no mood to argue, so I gave my CC information to process the payment. When I checked my the receipt online, they also charged me a $25 for “returned payment” fee in addition to the $89 monthly. I’m so glad I’m getting out Florida and not having to deal with money hungry people like the employees at club Pilates. I am disgusted by the insensitive approach of the manager of that facility.
