I have been a member of this location for almost 3 years now and I truly love this gym and it's staff!!! Especially stephen who has been here for a while, he is very kind and attentive to the members of this club. As he always allows me to charge my headphones and attends to whatever else I may need.

Terrible experience at this gym. Don’t go here!!! My mom has been a member at this gym for about a year. She enjoys going to their classes especially Zumba. My mom’s also a member of other gyms where she attends similar classes. My mom’s a nurse and her schedule changes randomly but whenever she can make a class she makes it happen even if that means showing up a few minutes late. It has never been an issue at crunch or any other gym until yesterday. She attempted to enter her 7:30PM Zumba class about 10 minutes late and was told by manager, Steven that she was not allowed to enter the class late because of their policy. He was not nice in the way he told her this information either. This is has never happened at any other gym and she plans on canceling her membership on her next day off because they don’t allow it to be done online. Very disappointing!!

So much wrong a gym can do that can make you rethink your choices .. it’s like going to a resturant and the waiter ask you whether you want a soup or salad and you end up with the salad when you should of just got the soup .. that’s how I’m feeling about my experience with this crunch. I get it every local is different and it’s franchise owned but there’s this thing called accountability and this location did not have that. I’m a peak member and one think that I can go to any gym and bring a guest along with me but that have no been properly explained that it has to be a home gym , I was in the area and wanted my cousin to come with me since she didn’t have herself a membership she would be my guest. So there was two Spanish females working there (wish I got there name ) she told me I can’t workout here unless this was my home gym and I can bring my guest it was already 8 something at night but to fast forward she told me I need to transfer my membership to this gym , she collected all my information on paper when you could of easily used the information that’s on screen which makes no sense .. we did the transfer and was able to get her to have my cousin worked out but she didn’t asked for her phone number or her ID which really defeats the purpose of the paper work. When we left she told me that the transfer is going to take a week ? So what was the point of doing all this if it’s going to take that long it’s pretty shady to make it seem like she signed me up as a new gym member to pick up the quotas needed to satisfy management. If I had to go through all that headache I could of went to UFC gym right across the street and called it a day. A couple dollars more I could of went to LA Fitness and not have to deal with the guest policy maybe I should do that and be done with it but I know for a fact I’m never going back to that Crunch.

Worst experience on a crunch location, this is the only location that charges you to bring a guest with you peak membership lol one star is too high.Update: after the response from the owner, I would like to clarify that I was told by the rep at the front desk that this was a policy implemented by the franchise owner. I have been at this location a few times and brought a guest every single time without an issue. I doubt that this makes a good impression to potential new members that are visiting with a member but appreciate the explanation, my review and experience this time is definitely a less than one star. I’m not the first to leave a similar review. Again, I appreciate the clarification and wish you the best of lucks!

As a Crunch peak result member, from Orlando, I stopped in for a workout and decided to bring a local guest. They told me there was a new policy that didn't allow me to bring in a guest for free and that I would have to pay $10. I asked if they could make an exception or give him a free workout, since it was supposedly a new policy I wasn't aware of and my friend wanted to check out the location. ( I always brag about Crunch to my friends). They told me they couldn't make an exception. Then, their CC system wasn't working and kept rejecting the card. You would think, since this was already kinda awkward and they were having trouble charging, they would just let it slide. It was like 9:30am on a Monday and the gym wasn't really busy. But Nope. They made us wait there and kept messing with it and finally charged me the $10 dollars. Pretty embarrassing for me, trying to bring someone that could have been a potential new member, and a workout bud when I'm in town, but thats pretty much ruined now. Overall, it's small, compared to other locations Ive visited, but seems to have a little bit of everything. Gave it a 3, mostly for size, cleanliness and customer service.
