On Sept. 4th around 1:50pm I walked into the gym to finally cancel my membership, it had been in a 3 month freeze period and it was about to expire. I wish no longer to continue so Nicolas Diaz had me sign the form which soon after I received a copy of that form in my email. I walked out happy that Nicolas had made the cancellation process so fast and easy. And glad I had shown up well before the end of the freeze term to cancel it. On Sept. 18 I come to find that I had been billed for planet fitness so without hesitation I called them again to resolve the issue. I had spoken with a female and I don’t remember her name but she had created another cancellation form that I received on Sept. 18 at 10:41 she also told me that I would get my money back within 5 to 7 business days. I waited way passed that time and that bill is still there. Today, October 1st I called again explaining all this to them. Then was told that I would have to explain it to the manager who was on a meeting, that he’d call me back in 10 minutes I let them know if they didn’t call I’d call back, no one ever did, I spoke with the “manager” who proceeded to tell me that since that cancellation form from September 18th was made after they billed me that I wouldn’t be able to get my money back even doe I originally did it September 4th but apparently they have no form in the system for September 4th which I told them I’d be happy to email to them or show up to personally to show them on my phone.Trash just trash. THIEVES. JOSHING ME AROUND for nothing. Never again

cancelled my membership, too many lazy people sitting on equipment staring at their phone when I'm trying to actually exercise. Staff is great, clientelle is fkn terrible. Probably has something to do with the "no judgements" mentality. Not for me.

I love this location because the employees are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. This was especially true where the other night, when I lost or misplaced my Apple air pod case. I was saddened when The did not find them and after I learned that no one turned them in. But Chris, who was working the front desk assisted me in trying g to find them. Unfortunately, nothing turned up, but the next day when I returned, Chris remembered me and let me know that he found them, which made my day.

Summer was a hot mess, the kids program. I'm all for it, but they needed a cut-off time. Not fair to the paying goers & staff to clean more mess & not to mention have limited access because of this daycare program! Also, like every other gym break-ins in the parking lots are inevitable, so beware! If you have to go as far as opening your backseat and show their is nothing in your truck, do that so criminals don't get tempted. Other then that staff is always pleasant & welcoming. Treat them better please!
