This is my first time experiencing spinning classes. My second class was on Thursday with coach Alejandra and I must say. What an amazing class and an even better experience. Still quite sore from Tuesday and Thursday class but the soreness is worth it. See you guys on Tuesday night 😘😘😘 …

I have been cycling at Cyclebar Pembroke Pines for 4 years now. It's more than just a place to workout. You form relationships and bonds with other members and instructors that go way outside the studio. The owner's Susie and Jean are just totally awesome. Fun place to get your sweat on.

I’ve been a member of Cyclebar Pines for almost two years and this place has changed my life completely. It has helped me lose weight and become more active. They have the best staff and customer service, their instructors are awesome and always push you to do better. Instructors are very creative with rides and we are always having (extremely fun) theme rides. Love my cyclebar pines!

Will give a zero. Lack of Customer service. If you want to cancel will be a pain and they will co tinue changing. Most of the people do not wear mask and vaccination is not required in a close room.with a lot of people sweating . Need to advice 30 days before to cancel if you can communicate. If you want to try just do a class don't do monthy.

I’ve done spinning for most of my life and I’ve visited many gyms (LA, Orange Theory, Fit factory, etc) and even other Cycle bars. But this particular location has the absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced in many years.I won’t bore you with the details but there is a blonde woman at the front desk who has clearly never been properly trained. This was the closest CycleBar to my house but I rather drive an additional 5 and go back to OrangeTheory or any other gym for that matter.Avoid this location at all costs.

So here it goes, I was really excited to try spinning for the first time. I decided to give Cycle Bar (at Pembroke Pines) a try and bought a Groupon of 4 classes. I took the first class and I really liked it. I liked it so much that I was really contemplating in getting an actual membership. During my first visit I was NEVER told that there was a 5 MINUTE late policy... I was on my way today excited for my second class that I had already paid for. I was literally running to the front door when I saw an older blonde woman with short hair at the front desk. I greeted her, she did not greet me back and then proceeded to say that I could not go in the class, that I was 9 min late, so those extra 4 minutes made me lose the class. She was extremely rude to me, and then lied to me.. Telling me that my seat was already given to someone else.. I was 4 min late after the “5 minute Late Policy” time limit and she is telling me my bike was already taken.. (You are telling me that in these 4 minutes, someone came in, changed their shoes and took my bike......) I texted my best friend who was also trying these classes out through Groupon. She was already inside the same class and she told me that there were 5 EMPTY BIKES. Meaning the front desk lady was lying to me, and just wanted to be rude and unnecessary. She told the same thing to my best friend who walked out of the class to talk to her. She was really rude to her as well. What a horrible customer experience for our first time. Needless to say you have lost 2 possible memberships. I hope Cycle Bar is able to pay a little more attention to how they are training their employees when it comes to customer service. Have they heard of Word of Mouth? I was recommending my friends about these classes and I will clearly now do the opposite. Thanks for the amazing experience and wasting my money Cycle Bar!
