Happy to be the first to review this amazing studio! First off, Matt and the team could not be more welcoming and helpful. I was excited that a F45 studio was opening up within walking distance of my apartment. They ran free outdoor workouts at the fountain of the Shops of Pembroke Gardens every Wednesday leading up to the opening of their brick and mortar studio. I must say, for a free workout, they were indeed challenging ! I would reach out to them on social media and they were (and still are) extremely quick to respond with any question I had. The studio opened a week ago, and I am blown away at how awesome everything is! They do not pressure you into any memberships you may not be able to afford, or are simply just not ready for. They could not have done a better job getting their studio out there, and the staff is hands down GREAT!!!!!!! I cannot recommend this studio enough!P.S. They are also a huge supporter of our military ! Thanks again team!
