When Love, my orthodontic patient and the owner/trainer at Fitness Factory, first gave me advise about my back, I became very curious because I felt that he genuinely cared about offering me some help. I asked if he could see me at his gym and from the first session on I noticed how dedicated, caring, and professional he is.He started working with me to become more fit while strengthening my core therefore alleviating my back pain. Little did I know this was the beginning of a physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional journey. As you progress through your sessions with Love, you embark on a path to know and take care of your body better. He also encourages you to explore your emotions, expectations, and current issues in order to work on achieving an overall well being. Love designs a customized work out that is specifically for you every session and dedicates entirely to you. It's been close to 2 years and I feel that my progress has been incredible with his guidance. Thank you Love

Love is the best personal trainer ever!Love is so energetic, his personality is uplifting and definitely contagious but most of all…he will get down on the ground to train with you!**Teamwork makes the dream work.He takes the time to explain the process and how it will benefit the goal(s) you are trying to achieve. I've been a client for 3 months. I've enjoyed every workout session. Although the beginning for me was rough, it's all worth it. I like the one on one, because you don't have to keep up with anyone else. Love is an amazing person and trainer. He genuinely cares for his clients and guides you to becoming a better you. I've lost weight and inches, which is important, but I've also gain a lot of confidence.

I feel so blessed to have found Fit Factory. Love is the most dedicated, professional and enlightening personal trainer I have ever met. I have been with him for many years now and I cannot imagine ever reaching the successes I have without the knowledge and guidance from Love. Great personal training studio. The owner, Love Avril really takes a holistic approach to fitness, monitoring your overall well being. He’s very knowledgeable with over 20 years of experience and is extremely passionate about fitness. He truly cares about his clients and celebrates in your success and should you fall off the wagon a bit, because we all do, he’s there to lift you up so you can be your best self. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone at any stage of their fitness.

I came in for an assessment very excited for a change wanting to get fit and healthy.. little did I know what would take place at Fit Factory …At some point in our lives our inner fire goes out and this is where I found myself. It is then burst into a flame by an encounter with another human being. I can honestly say that Love Avril has a unique gift I am so impressed with my experience at FIT FACTORY. When your mind is in the right place everything else follows and the sky is the limit. Love Avril has an art to push your mind, body and spirit beyond your limits. Wow! I am so looking forward for this new journey in my life.

This place is absolutely amazing. Initially I said I would give it a try for three months or so....and I'm still here 3 years later. Each workout is something new and my trainer, Love, always pushes me to my limits. When you come here, it's more than just a workout. Becoming a part of the Fit Factory family has been a godsend for me. My trainer, Love, has become such an important and necessary part of my physical and mental health. As a Healthcare Professional with my Doctorate, I work extremely long hours and am under tremendous amounts of stress day after day. Training with Love not only helps maintain my physical health, but keeps me mentally healthy. His workouts are always challenging but efficient. I used to workout 5 times a week with minimal results, but since I’ve been training with Love, 2 to 3 times a week, I’m not only at my fittest but my happiest that I’ve ever been. Words cannot express how thankful I am to be a part of the Fit Factory!

When I walked into the Fit Factory 3 years ago September of 2015 - I would have never thought at the end of 2018 I would still be here. However after 3 years, I have shed over 30 lbs and have committed to my health & fitness journey because of an amazing trainer Mr. Love Avril and his staff. Mr. Love is not your average trainer he is truly committed to defining and supporting the goals of each individual he works with . Through my lived experience of the Fit Factory - I have seen his commitment , dedication and love for each individual client . He has supported his clients wishes and assisted each in pursuing their goals. Love has a passion for what he does and his success is noted. I am a better person today having walked into the Fit Factory meeting Love and taking on the pursuit to the betterment of my health. I am grateful and look forward to the continued journey in 2019. I am healthier , I am happier and I am again grateful for the Fit Factory’s commitment to the betterment of health, including mental health and fitness . Also, it’s important to note the facility supports a Shake Bar - Which contribute to healthier eating options with shakes of many flavors.
