I had an amazing experience. The gentleman at the front desk is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me to show me the new equipment. The gym is clean and the service is amazing. 5 star experience.

Best gym in Southwest Broward. Lots of different classes and always outstanding teachers, weight lifting coaches, ect. Very clean and well maintained facility. Good vibes!Very nice and professional staff.

Nice place a little pushy to get you to get a membership. Ultimately the high price, five times more than most places in the area and the three phone calls a day were the main reasons I did not choose this gym. But as a gym it’s an amazing facility with amazing staff. It is their job to call so I don’t blame the people, I wish they would just drop their prices a little

This facility is awesome. After growing up in Coral Springs, I have been a member of many gyms here in the area but I always come prefer this one even after it switched owners. I am a full time dancers and this is the only gym with a beautiful studio with access and personal training area. Jaden and Alex are so helpful if I have questions too.

The worst LA fitness I ever been to. 50% of the machines don’t work.Also In just 5 minutes my AirPods case were stolen 😳They need a new good manager ASAP

Good gym overall!! Can use some cleaning tho.Wow. I’m Completely shocked over how unprofessional and rude the assistant manager is. He told me his name is Alex.I just moved from Los Angeles to Miami. I did a 3 day trial and was looking to cancel the trial to keep my membership at the other gym I go to for half the price. I told him that I was instructed by Marissa to call before 9pm on Monday to cancel because I signed a contract that would put me into a payment plan that I had selected. They had authorization to put the payment through with my card information.On the phone Alex said they don't do "contracts" but "agreements" and he said he didn't know what I was talking about and he was getting very frustrated with my inquiry. "I'm the assistant manager and I have never heard of that better.”I told him I was being told two different things from their employees. I very much signed a contract or "Agreement" (as he insisted), SAME THING in legal terms.I was thinking either someone had bad information or someone was trying to manipulate me for a sale. It was so weird.He then randommly asked me to give them a review which I thought was completed rude to ask of because my issue was still unresolved. It was like he was changing the subject.You should always be treating people with respect even if you aren't the right person to speak with regarding the issue at hand. If he was my employee, I would have him in management training.

After having negative experiences at 24 Hour Fitness in both Miami Gardens and Miramar locations I decided to look into joining LA Fitness. I happen to be a young at heart fit Senior and my Health Plan includes free Gym memberships. After getting my Renew Active membership number the staff person told me to download the app in order to check in when I come to the Gym. That was the extent of any staff person's interaction with me. No one offered to give me a tour of the Gym or offered anything along the lines of orientation that should be standard for new members. I asked about the location of the Sauna thinking that would trigger them to offer a tour but no, the staff person I was dealing with, who by the way, told me she would be managing the new LA Fitness set to open in Miami Lakes, verbally directed to me to the Sauna area, again no offer to show me. Is this how all new members are treated I wonder? On a positive note I like the look of the Gym and it appears to be well attended and well maintained. I particularly like that there is a juice bar located inside the Gym with a variety of reasonably smoothies and juices.

I really love ❤️ this place, the employees are awesome and so helpful too. Also Mrs Valerie is a wonderful teacher ❤️ ♥️ love her class so I will be going on Tuesday at 9am from now on because she is so good. Thanks to La Fitness E. Pines to have too wonderful and friendly employees thanks 😊 ❤️ …
