Amazing dojo. Friendly atmosphere and the workout you get from bjj is unexplainable. I compare it to crossfit time 4 with the education part of self defense.

My daughter and I are both students here for close to a year now. Could not ask for better instructors and community within the gym. We both love coming here and will be for a long time.

Great program….my daughter has been attending for over 4 years…it feels like a family….the coaches are awesome they motivate, encourage, and exhibit excellent patience when deal with the kiddos……it’s a safe place where kids are able to grow and learn how to defend themselves!!!!

There is a quote that says “I am a shark, the ground is my ocean, and most people don’t know how to swim.” At Palm Martial Arts you will learn to swim from some of the best coaches. Coach Edu will teach you and your children the love of BJJ and for that I will always be grateful.

PMA’s kids program that I had the pleasure of observing was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the instructors were passionate about teaching young students the principles of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and helping them develop their skills and confidence.One thing that really stood out to me about this program was the way that the instructors interacted with the kids. They were patient, kind, and always took the time to explain techniques in a way that was easy for the kids to understand. They also made sure to tailor their instruction to the individual needs and abilities of each child, so that everyone felt comfortable and supported.The kids themselves were also impressive. They were focused and engaged, and clearly enjoyed learning new techniques and practicing their skills. I was amazed by how quickly they picked up on the different moves and how well they were able to apply them in sparring sessions.Additionally, to teaching the physical aspects of BJJ the instructors also emphasized the importance of respect, discipline, and teamwork. The kids were encouraged to support one another and work together to achieve their goals, which created a strong sense of camaraderie and community.Overall, I would highly recommend PMA’s kids program to any parent looking to help their child develop their skills, build confidence, and become part of a supportive and positive community. With skilled and dedicated instructors, a fun and engaging curriculum, and a focus on values like respect and teamwork, this program truly stands out as one of the best.

I've been training here for almost 2 years now. The atmosphere is here is way better than other gyms I've tried. The training partners are also great, everyone is nice and willing to help you learn. I highly recommend people trying this gym.

Palm Martial Arts is the best BJJ school in town for kids and adults. Sensei Eduardo is very high level and a great teacher for all levels from beginners to advanced competitors! If you are in the Pembroke Pines area and are thinking about training jiu jitsu look nowhere else.

This is an excellent Martial Arts Academy I highly recommend. My son has only been attending for two weeks and in such a little time I have seen great improvements in my sons behavior , Coach Eduardo and Coach Andy are excellent with children and patient showing them not only Martial Arts techniques but also focus on teaching kids how to be respectful and discipline in all they do.

I’ve had the privilege of working under Professor Eduardo Goncalves’ tutelage since I was a Blue Belt. I’m now currently a Brown Belt and have NO DESIRE to go elsewhere as I aspire to obtain my Black Belt. Professor Edu is an awesome teacher, his gym has a very nice family atmosphere, and we all enjoy our time at the gym at outside the gym when we get together to fellowship, laugh, and enjoy ourselves. If you’re thinking about a great place to train and be around good people with a GREAT Coach, “Palm Martial Arts” is the place… ❤️❤️

After years of being part of Palm Martial Arts Academy, I can proudly say this is the BEST gym. Between the dedication, professionalism, and devotion to all members there’s truly no other gym I’d rather have my kids be in.It’s been several years of having my kids train traditional Jiujitsu with Master Eduardo, they have gained so much confidence, discipline, strength and most importantly lifelong friendships. Seeing my kids now compete and have passion for the sport and continue to thrive under the guidance of top of the line professors is something words can never describe.Highly recommended! Parents bring your kids! Teens and adult classes as well!This place has become our second home, it’s members have become part of our family. As a facility second to none!!
