This gym is one of the best places to get your workout at. And if you add the boxing you'll reach your goals in no time. Great coaches and personalized programs. Give it a try. We loved it.

Still got charged one month after my contract was over with FightFit the original place and name… been trying to contact and get ahold and in person to reverse the charge since I am not a member anymore but the temporary hours is a hassle. Havent been able to get ahold of somebody there to take care of this issue. Smh.

Absolutely love my training sessions with Felipe at Unbound Synergy Fitness. It’s refreshing to workout with a trainer who incorporates health, nutrition and fitness with my workouts. He is mindful of my injures and plans workouts that strengthen as well as help me reach my weight loss goals. It is like having physical therapy and personal training in one session. Every session challenges me with weight training, cardio (lots) and strengthening my weak area. Felipe is knowledgeable and motivational….. Just what I needed. On the days I do not have personal training sessions with Felipe, the group boxing classes are an added bonus. I highly recommended Felipe at Unbound Synergy Fitness if you want to reach your fitness goals, be challenged, have fun and learn proper techniques to prevent injuries.

The monthly price for youth boxing increased approximately $40/month for me since new ownership took over. I removed my son from the program as there is better bang for your buck elsewhere. This used to be a great gym to train at but those days are long gone.

So sad that this Boxing gym has changed based on the new owners. You cannot go to the gym at whatever time you want to train alone like it used to be. You now are only paying for the classes and not the gym. They are now closed from 1pm -4pm. These new owners priced themselves out! The March special for new members to join is $149+ tax for every 2 weeks (THAT'S RIGHT, EVER 2 WEEKS!!!! You will be charged $149+ tax)or $189+ tax a month or every 2 weeks I didn't understand the new payment method for the $189. It is very complicated to understand how the gym works now and the payment method. If this could be rated a 0 star I would rate it. A Great Boxing gym was sold to a new ownership that just priced themselves out. Fightfit was a lot cheaper ($85 a month) and very much simpler to pay and to go the gym freely at whatever time that it fit your schedule. I highly don't recommend this gym! Find another Boxing gym that is much simple than this complicated gym.
