I am not a big gym person, never have been. VOLOFIT IS AWESONE! I ABSOLUTELY love this HIIT Gym!! It's new, clean and most importantly the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I see results and feel better about myself! Thanks VOLOFIT, I needed you in my life!

Love this gym!!! The staff and coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable. The workouts vary and incorporate cardio, body weight and weights. Every class is a different style and very challenging. I sweat, I burn and I have fun. Thank you Volofit for a gym that I look forward to.-Becca Boo

I love this gym. The staff is very friendly, the coaches very knowledgable and encouraging, and the place is brand new and always clean. What I like the most is that, if you're new to your fitness yourney, coaches take their time to correct your form so you can do it in the best and safest way possible. It's a very inclusive evironment, regardless of your fitness level.
