I’ve been going to yoga joint for about a year now I never intended on getting a membership and I’m so happy I did. Very clean, the staff is nice, you’ll get a great workout and it’s a tremendous relief and release from the outside world.My breathing has been better and I always feel good after.

I have been to two YJ locations but my favorite is always the Pembroke Pines location (not to say the other is bad or anything). I love the size of the Pembroke Pines location and the immediate sense of peace that they try to create for their patrons. The location is always kept clean and there’s almost always a scent of incense. The front desk personnel are always welcoming and are easy to speak with whether it be for any questions, comments, or concerns. Lastly, each of the instructors are awesome. They each have their unique fortes and make their classes different - whether you’re going to start your day, going in the middle of the day, or ending your night. It’s always a positive experience at YJ Pembroke Pines :)

I was highly skeptical of my integrating yoga and yoga inspired exercises into my routine. But this place changed my perception. Teachers are wonderful and very inspiring. I have seen my ability evolve and experienced tremendous physical and mental wellness. Yoga joint is now an integral part of my exercise route.

So happy I joined Yoga Joint! It has become a daily habit for me to attend a yoga flow or yoga FIIT class, and I look forward to it every day! The studio at Pembroke Pines is clean and updated. I feel welcomed every time I go, and all the instructors are amazing! Highly recommend!
