I can’t compliment these instructors enough. They’re the best that I’ve ever had the privilege of doing yoga with. I’ve only been able to train under Gabriela, Phoenix, Lucy, Evelyn, Haley, and Camilo so far and they’re all spectacular. The front desk staff are extremely kind and patient. They work so hard for everyone and set the tone for your class each time. I can’t thank them enough.

The overall experience is first class. I’m very new to yoga so I’m a bit lost when the instructor says the poses but that’s on me. Other than that I’ve enjoyed the establishment fully and recommend to anyone

This place has exceeded my expectations. I wish I could give more stars! The people who welcome you at the front desk are all always friendly and happy, that tells alot! The place smells great and everything is always really clean. The ladies bathroom is stocked with last minute necessaties (love that) I always take classes Monday and Wednesday with Gabi and Camillo both different both amazing. I take to heart all messages given and they lead the class very well. Yoga mats, towels, and yogitoes given for each class if need be and don't forget your blocks! I really love and appreciate the time I give myself in these classes as a mother of 2 and a wife it's difficult to find time for me but when I leave these classes it definitely feels like I've smoked a yoga joint. Namaste

On my way there I got into a car accident, I called and the person had 0 empathy. She didn’t even ask how I was. Her immediate answer was that she would still need to have classpass charge me. I have never been and I will never go to an establishment with this kind of customer service.

Victoria was our instructor this morning. Nov. 11, 2022, 6:00 hrs.The good:Jenny was in the front desk, friendly and welcoming. When she learned about our experience, she took our names, she apologized and offered to pass our complain to the manager. The bad and the ugly:I had to leave my FIIT Class this morning only 5 minutes into the class. The music was so loud that it was painful and distracting. I was the second person to ask Victoria if we could adjust the volume down a nudge. Her answer to me was "We are a brand, and this is as low as we can go". I went back to my mat and tried again. This was not my first time in FIIT, but I am more regular in the FLOW class. I tried but could not stay.I hope that whoever trained Victoria to answer "we are a brand..." can continue the training. Her manners and attitude were louder than the music and screamed "we don't care. You can leave if you want".All brands need customers. Yoga Joint lost two customers over their new "brand". As represented by Victoria this morning, the "brand" does not include listening to your customers, or at least address their concerns with courtesy and respect. The person who left behind me started to pick up her equipment to put it back, Victoria handed her the bottle of water and did not allow her to pick up her mat.As the two of us were leaving the studio, and over the loudspeaker Victoria said, "This is not for everybody".I have had my membership here for a few months now and loved it until today. I had read other reviews for this location when one of the instructors was likewise rude and condescending to a customer. I saw the apologetic response by management and I thought “there is always, and anywhere, room for improvement, they will surely train that instructor better.”This morning two of us addressed an issue, politely, and received a very rude dismissal. As I was leaving and over the loudspeak Victoria said "This is not for everybody", the other person who left behind me started to pick up her equipment to put it back, Victoria handed her the bottle of water and did not allow her to pick up her mat. This is a training issue. I am positive that management at Yoga Joint promotes health, inner peace, and balance and of course wants people to “keep a healthy hearing and also get fit”. This would be a winner “brand”.I hope Yoga Joint does not lose more customers over their new "brand" because all brands need customers.

I love Yoga Joint Pines so much, especially Victoria’s class this morning. Every time I leave her class, I feel so amazing and energetic. She takes her time to get to know everyone and offers a safe space for everyone to practice their exercises. Her personality and energy that she brings to each class pushes me to do my best every time & become a better person, and i’m so grateful that I started going! Not only her but every yoga teacher here is amazing and has made this place a 2nd home for me!!
