These guys (folks) really know their stuff! They don't throw you around and beat you up, they teach you step by step moves and the 'whys' behind them. Highly-qualified and I highly recommend them.

The first thing i noticed about the gym was the aesthetics. Super clean mats (which is super important), very inviting places to sit and watch your kids train, feels like being in one of the huge academies like AOJ but with a more personable feel.Both Professors Thomas and Jeff are supportive, professional and knowledgeable. I love the fact that when I go to class I know I am going to train solely in Jiu Jitsu and get every penny that I am paying for in quality instruction.You have an ego free, no pressure environment where you can train at the pace that is good for you without feeling intimidated or overwhelmed.I can't speak highly enough about this place.If you want to train and live in the Northwest Valley...Allied is worth checking out.

Allied is friendly & welcoming Jiu Jitsu gym. The Coaches are first class & have trained w/ some of the toughest Jiu Jitsu practitioners in the world. The knowledge they have acquired through years of experience is the basis for their training & the periods of instruction are presented in an organized & easy to follow manner. The Coaches ensure you understand the techniques & can make adjustments for any limitations you may have physically. The training mats are top of the line & are kept clean. Allied is safe & fun environment where you are more than a student you are family.
