Taylinn is my go to trainer, she know a insane amount of exercise, the correct forms and always gives out solid advice,she have been such a great motivator I don’t know if I could have gotten as far as I have with her

Have been a member here a long time since it was a Golds EōS and there staff are definitely an upgrade with better equipment and service

83rd EOS never disappoints, always feel welcomed and everyone there, employees and customers, are all helpful and positive.Last week, Gennevieve answered all of my questions and had an amazing attitude that uplifted the atmosphere.Anytime I go in and Caleb is working, it is always a good convo to start the day off with, super cool guy.Just the other day I saw one of the employees, Luis, working out, ended up exchanging a few pointers and wise words and worked in with each other, super positive vibes that helped me push myself.All around my favorite gym.

best Eos by far. Childcare staff and maintenance staff are literally the best no other Eos is even close. Only problem is the childcare hours on Friday only mornings and nothing available on Sunday, that’s not this location’s fault, the company should really consider switching it back to the way it was.

EŌS has great classes but pushy sales people. If you can get past them just know you are making a good choice!

NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS USE THIS GYM. The experience I have had to try to get my money back for a service I NEVER EVEN USED is laughable. RYAN decided to hang up the phone on me after providing me ZERO clarity on what precise documentation he would need to get me my refund. He kept using statements such as “well if I can get your refund” and “it may work, but i don’t know” even though I persistently circled back to those statements asking questions such as “what EXACTLY is needed to ensure I 100% get a refund.” Ryan kept dodging this question and accused me of having an “attitude “ because I was, yes, frustrated that he kept using maybe statement’s instead of giving any confirmation or reassurance I would be getting my full refund if I provide “X,Y and Z” All this after ANTHONY transferred me without passing any information on . Their upscale techniques are well hidden with what seems to be good intentions and concern for your future health goals. Nothing that was promised as part of signing onto this gym and their training programs came to fruition. I will ensure my money is returned to me whatever methods need to be used. In the meantime beware. True colors come out really quickly once you are no longer “gym bro-ing” or beneficial to them.
