WHAT A SCAM!! CANCELLED AND WAS STILL CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA MONTH BECAUSE HE DID PAST BILLING CYCLE. NOT TRUE BECAUSE I WAS NOT CHARGED UNTIL THE 5TH. WHEN MY SON MOVES MOVES BACK IN 10 MONTHS WILL JOIN ANOTHER GYM

THEY PLAY DIRTY TRICKS SO YOU CANT CANCEL " IN TIME". WANTED TO CANCEL ON THE 30TH OF THE MONTH. BUT SHE WAS "ON THE PHONE" LEFT AFTER WAITING 25 MINUTES. FOUND OUT THAT WHEN I WENT IN THE NEXT DAY, I WAS 1 DAY TOO LATE, SO THEY CHARGED ME AN ENTIRE EXTRA MONTH! TOLD A FRIEND AND THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED TO HER! THE WOMAN WAS " ON THE PHONE" FOR HALF AN HOUR! SHE LEFT. CAME BACK A FEW DAYS LATER AND GOT THE SAME STORY. NOTICE A PATTERN HERE. SHE IS ALWAYS CONVENIENTLY " BUSY" THEN GO BACK AND " OH SORRY, YOURE PAST THE CUT OFF DATE".

The staff at this place knows nothing! Its always " the manager is busy right now, so i cant help you. Wanted to cancel membership, but was told person who does that was busy. Came in 3 days later to cancel and they told me i was 1 day too late for billing cycle, even though i went to cancel 3 days earlier and they were too busy to help me and my next billing cycle wasn't for 10 days. They intentionally were "too busy" because they knew as of the next day they could chargee again without recourse!!! Thieving scam!

Tried to cancel membership by phone. Said i had to come in in person. I told them i was sick with covid and they still said it would have to be in person. Went 2 days later to cancel and they said it was 1 day too late for the billing cycle, even though I dont get billed until the end of the month( 3 weeks later)! What a horrible way to do business!!!! It makes it so when you want to join a gym again you will join somewhere else. What bad business practices. Ive seen a lot of similar reviews on this place. Look for yourself!

We love this gym and have been members for many years. The whole family goes. The staff is always so nice and they make you feel like they actually care. They are always reinvesting in the facility and up keep is top notch. It can get busy at times but they have so much to offer it isn't a big issue.

I like this club- have been coming here since January. Issue is cleanliness. Toilets are starting to grow mold which tells me they have not been scrubbed in a few weeks. Concerning about what other areas have not been cleaned.

We have been members for years, at multiple different mountainside locations. I’ve had to cancel once before because there was no gym close to where we lived. As soon as we moved I went right back. We recently decided to switch to lifetime for the pool and went to cancel at this location. I never leave reviews but I’m baffled at the way I was treated by Shauna, she was so rude to me. Never looked me in the eye, and barked orders at me for my information. I won’t be back EVER.

From checkin to childcare the staff is awesome, very welcoming! Childcare is amazing always goes the extra mile with the kids, the girls in there make a point to make the whole process amazing, and fun for the kids! Truly love mountain side!!!

I was lied to and was told by an employee I had 6 guest passes, when I tried bringing my daughter they would not let her go in without paying, spoke to Danielle the “manager” and just gave me the cold shoulder saying that it was not true what I was told. Cannot wait for EOS to open by Walmart.
