I live in the PNW but have been spending a significant amount of time in the Phoenix area visiting my father who is battling stage 4 cancer. In an effort to keep my mind and body healthy during this emotional and difficult time, I decided to get a workout in at Barre 3 North Peoria.From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine kindness from the staff. After I left the studio, the studio owner even went out of her way to not only welcome me, but provide genuine words of support.In addition to the welcoming staff, the instructors are exceptional, with great music as an added bonus!I highly recommend this studio. I am grateful to have a place to practice self-care during this challenging time in my life.

I started at Barre3 a little over a month ago and it was the BEST thing I have done for myself in a long time! You walk out of every single class feeling strong, proud, encouraged and mentally lighter than when you walked in. I have loved being a member at Barre 3 north peoria. I am a mom of 2 boys and it has been a great spending some time to focus on me. The staff are all amazing and the community is awesome.

I’ve jumped into Barre3 w both feet in the last 6 weeks, and I am so happy that I have. There is a supportive, personalized, and friendly community here and every class I walk out of I think, that was soooo challenging *and* sooooo good for me. As a school teacher myself, I appreciate the quality of instruction in every class, no matter who the instructor is. Every moment is well thought out. Joining for me, was a great move. I can’t think of a better investment. Thank you, barre3!

Never will you get a full body workout in a more positive and fun environment. I leave feeling sweaty, but strong! I feel empowered to try hard things during my classes and love the community here. A great place to workout and to make relationships!

I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half now. And I’ll never stop coming. I love this place. Honestly before I started I didn’t think group work outs were for me. Barre3 has definitely changed my mind. The instructors are top notch. The workouts are perfect for scaling on how you feel that day. The play lounge is perfect for this homeschool mom and her kids. The place is uber clean. There is nothing bad to say about barre3 north Peoria. So thankful for this business!!

I've never done barre before but am into workouts to an extent. My first time here was very welcoming and there were even poses that could be adjusted for beginners! I do muay thai so my leg strength is pretty good but this workout killed my legs! Really enjoyed finding out I had new muscles! 10/10 recommend!

We were camping at Lake Pleasant during our winter road trip from Montana and needed to get a workout in. Barre 3 was only a 20 minute drive and did not disappoint! The instructors were super friendly. It was like we'd known each other for ever. Donna lead our class and was AMAZING! Her energy was great, the workout was intense, and the choreography in class was easy to follow. I would recommend this studio to anyone!
