I started with C.O.R.E. from the Grand Opening. I weighed 137 a month ago & now I am 122. C.O.R.E has helped me to shred pounds (even though that was not my goal), release some of the pain I have been going through, & gain back the confidence in myself that I need. Thank you for pushing me past my limits!!!!

I came across C.O.R.E. at a very pivotal point in my life - the gym I had been attending since 2019 was shutting down and I was trying to navigate some major changes in my family life. After doing A LOT of research for a gym that had boxing/kickboxing, circuit training and personal training I narrowed down my search to 2-3 gyms near me. After my initial meeting with Jay, I went with “C.O.R.E Fitness & Boxing Club Arizona”, I know without one single doubt I made the right decision.I have now been at C.O.R.E for 2.5 months and I can honestly say that never in my life have I been physically challenged the way I have been since joining C.O.R.E.. Not one class is the same, but each class provides every single member ample opportunity to work on cardio, boxing technique, strength training, and mental stamina. Bottom line is, if you’re looking for results of any kind…your search stops here, I promise. One of the walls in the gym has a painting that says, “You vs. You” and while that may be true, Jay and his team will not give up on You, so long as You don’t give up on yourself.“There are two pains in life, the pain of discipline and the pain of regret, discipline weighs ounces, regret weighs tons”.
