This was a great drop in while in Peoria. I am usually disappointed in the quality of Crossfit coaching. More often than not the 'coach' is someone who took a two day course and is playing on their phone whilst drinking a iced frapachino. The coaches at DRC were very knowledgeable and engaging. The facility is first rate, minus the lack of wood oly platform... which you probably don't need anyway. If I lived in the area I would no doubt be a regular here. If you are looking for a place to improve your fitness with quality guidance, I suggest at least giving it a shot.
