A beautiful space with great vibes. I am able to practice yoga according to what my body needs and where my body is at, with encouragement instead of judgement.

Hard to find. Need to update location with google.Teya offers a different approach to Yin on Wednesday. It is not traditional Yin I've taken for years but integrates physical therapy movement. I'd definitely recommend you give it a try as it releases tension you wouldn't get otherwise! I always sleep well Wednesday nights. (Sometimes in class, ssh).

The Healing Space Studio and Rachel Rinker are Beacons of Love, Light, and gifted “Journey Guides.” Although I’ve “practiced” for many years, it was only after meeting Rachel in 2019 that I found myself committing to a daily practice. Rachel encourages her students to try different modalities and different teachers thus my journey brought me to 7-8 studios throughout the valley and to multiple teachers. We are blessed that AZ is a “yoga Mecca” with incredibly gifted teachers throughout; and with that in mind, I and other students have found that Rachel is one of those at the Pinnacle. Rather than me writing a longer novel, I highly encourage you, regardless if you Practice multiple times a day, or have never before but now find yourself here reading this, … I highly encourage you to experience Rachel and The Healing Space first hand.Sincerely, BFL ✨💪🤩🤙

I went to a Sound Healing Floating Meditation with Evalina & I have to say, it was my favorite out of all the workshops I’ve ever been to. And I totally loved the vibe of the space. Unfortunately between work, teaching classes myself, & Sound Healing training; I haven’t had a chance to try another class here. But it’s very close to my home & I didn’t even realize it was there. Definitely need to try more classes here to fill my own cup.

A credit this place for preparing me during my first pregnancy. I used many of the services provided by Moment of Truth. Around 27 weeks I had really terrible pain in my pelvis. First the PT gave me exercises I could do to build strength while being pregnant. Second I was provided with amazing tools to help me through delivery (this was a bonus I was not expecting)! I was educated so much on pelvic health and I credit what I leaned from the PT to my postpartum recovery.Next I had about 3 prenatal massages leading up to my delivery date. They were all excellent and put me at ease.Lastly I went to many of the yoga classes at the Healing Spaces Yoga studio that is attached to Moment of Truth. I’m not kidding when I say the yoga put me into labor at 39 weeks.I had a perfect unmedicated birth and this place was a key reason why and I only found them when I was more than half way through my pregnancy.I would I never say it’s too late to contact them to utilize any of their services for your pregnancy.Bonus! I reached my deductible the year I gave birth so many of the PT sessions I previously paid for out of pocket I submitted to my insurance and received some reimbursement for the cost. You will not regret spending money on your health!!!

If you are looking for a true Mind/Body/Spirit connection, this is it. The space itself is pleasant and comfortable and I love the class size, which allows for friendships and community. The variety of yoga classes means you will find at least one that you will enjoy, and I can’t say enough about the teachers. All are welcoming, calming, instructive and fun! After many months of membership I most definitely feel better both physically and mentally. I have been a member from the beginning and have no hesitation recommending this studio!
