The Fit Body family is AMazing!! The only place where working out is FUN. 30 min sessions keep you on your toes, environment is positive, all welcomed with open arms. Coaches are energetic & inspiration to us all . I've been a member for 2 yrs and lost almost 60 lbs. Nutritionist available to talk food! So important to find what works for you & FBBC is what works!

Lake Pleasant FBBC has been such a positive experience for me..The coaches are great always encouraging and provide great workouts at convenient times. You will feel welcome the moment you walk in. If you want to get yourself in shape I recommend giving it a try.

You won't find another gym family like your FitFam! This place is amazing. All skill levels of fitness welcome. All coaches are beyond encouraging. They offer modifications for injuries or other needs. They truly want you to succeed in your fitness journey, whatever that may be for YOU. It is 30 minutes to put yourself first.

I highly recommend this very challenging but very fun place to workout. The coaches are friendly and extremely helpful. No judgment and you workout at your own pace.
