I was so tired of going to the typical, average gym that had the same old machines and workouts. When I found Remedy I was in terrible shape and had a lot of lingering injuries from not taking care of myself. Since joining Remedy, I have been able to be a lot more active with my kids and have a support team to lead a healthy lifestyle.Joining Remedy is like having a personal trainer and not having to spend $500 a month for the individual attention.Warning: 5am crew is not for the weak and unmotivated!

Coach Biggs is by far one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated coaches out there. After realizing that my training with Brazilian JiuJitsu is not enough to make me a strong, well rounded athlete - I reached out to Remedy and after my first session I could tell that this is no joke! One of the best exercises I've had in quite a while. Highly recommend this place for ANYONE looking to rehabilitate, get stronger, lose weight or simply just to break a sweat. Thanks Remedy and Coach Biggs for everything!

I am so happy I chose Remedy Kettlebell for my fitness gym. I'm 64 years old and walked in to ask what can I do to improve my situation (overweight and pain). Robert and Erin gave me so much information and inspiration that I left smiling and proud of myself for finally doing something for myself! It's only been a month and I am stronger than I have been in years. I no longer hate my body but rather appreciate it! That's huge! Strength rocks!

Remedy has really opened my eyes to the value of taking care of your health. Before going here, I was aimlessly searching on how to get on the right track. Robert & Erin (owners) really take the time to get you started on a workout plan that is tailored to your physical level which helps if you are easily intimidated. They're not only knowledgeable about the physical side of training but the very important nutrition side. Remedy is very much a home away from home to me as the team is very supportive of each other and always willing to help. Unlike the box gym's I've joined time & time again, who only cared about my money. If you are reading this review and had similar struggles, I would recommend giving Remedy Kettlebell Club a try for yourself.

Robert and Erin are some of the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever encountered. Their personality and love for what they do and know, really helps you to gain confidence to achieve and meet your goals and to strive for more. I highly recommend everyone do their program. No matter what the situation you find yourself in, they can help! I made the change a few months back and couldn't be happier about it. Thanks guys for everything you do.

As a former college athlete with a lot of lingering injuries, It’s been amazing to work with Robert. He has taken the time to work with me one on one to not only rehab those injuries but to keep building muscle and pushing me to the absolute limit. In less than a year with Robert, I’ve lost over 50 lbs of fat and tacked on some serious muscle mass. The 2nd best part about Remedy is the group of people that show up every day. We keep each other accountable and cheer each other on as everyone continues to smash PR’s day after day.Join a TEAM, not just a gym.

Since the first time I picked up a kettlebell, I've seen nothing but results. The workouts at Remedy Kettlebell are not only challenging, but they will help strengthen your entire body. The support I've received during my time training is remarkable, and the environment is always so positive. I recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a great/challenging workout
