Not enough equipment for core workout, it's mostly cardio equipment such as tredmil, elliptical, StairMaster and there's actually a bell that rings if you shout too loud or if you drop the the equipment too hard, that's just wack, EOS is a better gym

If you dont know much on how to do workouts this would be the best bet to get you started and get used to a gym with lights weights

Great 1st impression. New gym. Very clean. Has showers! Variety of equipment. Huge number of ellipticals and treadmills. Only probable knock is small amount of free weights.Real good gym.
