Just started attending this gym. So far it's been great. We go at 4am and it's not too busy. In the evening it tends to get really busy but all patrons work around each other. So far I am enjoying it.

Had a terrible experience at this location. I even got better service at the Moreno Valley location than this one. The service I got at this location was the sole reason I cancelled my membership. Service is everything to me and bad service was my push over the edge. It also happened on more than one occasion, which was made for an unfortunate experience.

The manager Ms Claudia is so helpful, courteous and showed me around. This was my first time there and I recommend it highly. The place is clean, big and has a variety of machines! Love it!

This place is ok but not very clean. They also let bums sleep on the couch I've seen this many times already when I go after work at 3 am and they let them hang out in the bathroom in the day time all day? Never been to a gym that let's this happen

Apparently Chime bank isn’t good enough OR any of my credit cards. Took me on a whole tour and wasted my time when the first question should’ve been, do you have a “trusted” bank account? Which by the way Chime is a trust bank account. Just because it doesn’t have an actual bank doesn’t mean its not “trusted”. Any other gym will take it but its alright they lost a customer I’ll take my business elsewhere but other than that, good customer service polite and professional so if you have Chime they can’t help you.
