Great gym! Love the pools and classes. Just wish you had a circuit of weights to do for an overall body workout. That’s what I use to do at 24 Hour Fitness. One machine or two for each body part then move on to the next. It took me about 45 minutes to do the circuit and it was great.

Gene was there when we arrived at 5 AM and was very friendly and helpful explaining the signup process and giving us a tour of the gym. Everything was clean and there was so much more equipment than I expected. I love the surround sound movie room while doing the treadmill. They have 2 heated pools and a special room for lifting weights. Showers and lockers included. I definitely recommend this gym.

I like that it's open 24, clean, good selection of working equipment and the staff are good. Some protien drinks and some snacks would be awsome.

Staff is friendly and gym was clean. Was also great not being so busy so I didn't have to wait long for equipment.

The gym is 8/10. One treadmill I used was broke. I haven't used many machines yet. I told the staff about the broken treadmill and they didn't seem to do anything about it (i could be wrong). The staff always seems friendly but the 3 interactions I've had with the sales team I can say they intentionally put you in a pressure decision.I phoned in about adding my son to my account or just doing a 1 day test run. They insisted I come in because "we can get him started for $5"... I ended up wasting my time to find out in person their careful wording "$5 to start" really meant $5 to start, $30 a month and $50 annual fee ($415 a year). A bait and switch.. I only wanted to see if my son joining was an affordable option. I was clear. I asked multiple times what he meant. "If it's $5 to start, how much is it to finish?" He dodged my question. It could have been communicated on the phone before I showed up in person and had to walk away.Even when I first signed up, I was clear I wanted to pay the full year in advance (one lump payment) but he proceeded to show me more expensive monthly options. But hey, go ahead and pressure people to sign up because it's how you pay the bills, right? Seems bad to me. I just want honest clarity up front.
