I do not recommend this salon or the stylist Cristy, she was very unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. when I let her know crying that my hair was not what I wanted she was very rude and finally said I could go back in and she could fix it, so I paid and left. but then when I sent her a text to ask when I could go back to get it corrected she said it wasn’t her issue & that she didn’t have the energy to deal with me, then she blocked my phone #. I paid for a service I thought was going to be fixed to what I actually wanted. 100% did not ask for what she did, which was stripey brassy orange highlighting job. I was saving money for this service and she didn’t care to do anything to fix it. She was very rude.
