The front desk lady named Storm was awful. She was extremely rude. Not only was she super unprofessional she was completely wrong about the guest information. Thankfully another person stepped in who knew how to do their job!

This gym has it all -- great, functional equipment, a clean locker room with little extras that make all the difference in the world; hair dryer, straighteners, feminine products, cotton pads, etc. The sauna is a great after work out treat, as is the massage chairs. I love coming here, it's like a home away from home. I also love Walter, one of the employees at the desk. He's so nice and personable and I enjoy seeing him.

Only reason it’s not a 5 is the sauna. New free weight setup is on point. Good sauna but I’m telling you right now get it power washed ASAP. Seen gyms neglect to do this easy thing and permanent mold builds up. Starting to form but fixable. Great gym tho for all users. Everything else well taken care of and clean.

Great gym but sketchy billing department. I submitted three cancellation requests both in person and over the phone, yet, they continued to charge me monthly. Even after multiple times, ensuring me my account was closed and I would not be charged. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. Now, I am called every day by their debt collections law firm Aldous & associates. Extremely frustrating!Note: UBF did eventually resolve my problem with the debt collection agency, and the fact they were still billing my account. That said, I did end up paying for a few months after my original termination request because of the issue.

Great Gym, good equipment, enough space/not too crowded, a lot of equipment/mashines, sauna, Steam room and nice staff!

The music is deafening. Its loud like at a rave. Everything else about the gym is great. Clean gym, good staff. The music they play is so loud noise canceling headphones don't work. I've asked 5 times to have the music turned down even just a little and management refused. Other people have complained too I'm not sure why they won't turn it down to a tolerable level.

Best gym I've ever belonged to. Good equipment, well-maintained, spacious. The Hydromassage chairs and Thrive personal training sessions keep me coming back month after month.

This is a beautiful gym with a great atmosphere. Cutting edge! Great location and friendly staff.

Easily one of the coolest places to workout. The view is nice and the equipment is good. Can get really crowded at peak times and the layout of the gym is a bit unusual.

They advertise amenities that aren’t existent in the gym like the smoothie bar. There just isn’t one. They overcharge you by quite a bit for a small gym with not many pieces of equipment. They also charge a ton of fees around their membership fee so don’t believe their advertising at all.
