By far the best gym in city center. I've also been a member of other major gyms and while there are bigger gyms. This place is super clean and modern. Very nice staff, and not super busy. I know it's missing a pool and Baskball court. But those courts in other gym always seemed busy anyway. Love this place.

Everyone is courteous and professional. I come in at 5 am energetic. The staff is equally enthusiastic almost making me forget its soooo early. Facility is clean and bright. Best gym I have ever belonged to.

Positives: This gym is outstanding, showers/locker-rooms are super clean, and great employees.Negatives: Gym members not un-racking weights after usage and everything is sandwiched in together!

Had an interesting experience here that caught me a little off guard. And I presume this is their company policy.I signed up for a 7 day free trial on the website at the Logan Square location. I received an email telling me to set up an appointment for an "orientation." At the front desk, I was given a waiver to fill out with all of my personal information and then joined by a representative who said she would show me the amenities and then take me back around to consider membership options. To my surprise, this orientation was perhaps more about sizing up my likelihood to subscribe, than about showing me the gym. The first question asked was where I lived, to which I responded that I was living on Ben Franklin Parkway while undergoing job traning, but that my permanent address is in the suburbs. The second question was what I did for a living. Although a little surprised, I laughed and answered that I work in finance. She takes me around to a few excercise areas and the conversation comes back around to me. "So what was the last gym you went to?" I answer Planet Fitness. She asks if they're any in the city. I say no. The next thing I'm told is that I won't be receiving a free trial as it's limited to those living in the city "who are actually looking for a membership." As a "courtesy", however, I was told I could feel free to workout today if I wanted to.Interestingly, I work across the street and was looking for a better gym than the Philadelphia Sports Club, in the basement of my building, to bring my corporate discount. But after that, I think I'll pass.

This place is a place that one can go to workout and get into or maintain one's health and fitness lifestyle. The key points that has drawn me to this place is the location (which they a few around the city), community (there are folks who have your back to encourage you to keep striving and accountable), and cleanliness! City Fitness has a lot to offer.

I love going here. The staff are all friendly, the equipment and free weights are in pristine condition. They also have cardio equipment and rooms for classes. The men's locker room always has fresh towels and locks are built into lockers. They have a sauna and steam room in locker rooms and everything is always clean and well maintained.

This gym is city fitness's newest location. Very nice location and brand new state of the art equipment. Employees are nice and customer service is very good. Would recommend to people looking for a gym to get a good work out in. This location has many good and unique features that other locations might not have. Also, very convienent for individual who work in the center city area.

This place is amazing! Best gym I’ve ever been. The locker room is awesome, you don’t need to bring your own lock. The shower is super clean, hotel style with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, very clean. The classes are great! Not very full usually, but all the teachers I’ve met are awesome! The only downside, if I have to point out, is the cost. I live on budget but still think this is worth every penny! Highly recommended
