Fantastic gym! I would have given it a 5 star but the instructor Angela was the worst spin class I've ever taken. She tries to teach like a soul-cycle instructor and she doesn't do the simple basics of teaching spin. In addition, she wasn't very friendly as I was a new guest to her class.

Very nice gym! Way better than any of the planet fitness’ in Philly but also way more expensive too. You get what you pay for though. The only cons are you can only bring one guest 5 times which is crazy to me for the amount you spend especially being a executive member and also the smoothie bar isn’t open during the evening. Other than those two negatives, everything else is pretty solid.

Nice location, enjoy some of the classes and the equipment available to patrons. The juice bar downstairs has a variety of health meals and snacks which has come in handy when I’m fasting or need a quick healthy bite to eat. Love the sauna and steam room, ladies locker room is well kept and always clean. They have towels available for patrons which is a plus, one less thing to pack. Over all I’ve had a good experience while waiting for East Market to open, I’ll still patron this location for some of the class instructors from Barre to Zumba

While a bit pricey, this is by far the best gym in Philly and trust me I've shopped around. It's clean, well maintained, lots of workout options, and a really nice sauna. I left PSC for this gym after they repeatedly ignored problems. This gym is very well maintained and the executive membership is worthwhile if you prefer having your own private locker and free classes.

Ive been a member for about a year after getting fed up with Phila Sports Club. The gym is one of their "premium" gyms which means its nicer and has some more amendities. In addition, we are able to use any of their other gyms in their system. I find the staff nice and willing to help. I find the equipment clean and rarely broken. The locker room is typically clean. Its nice to see that notice when things are looking shabby and get it taken care of quickly. For instance, they recently repainted the lockeroom. My only complaints are, during peak times the lockeroom can get a little cramped. Also, I am not a fan of the neon sign in the spin room. Its way too bright. All in all... its a great gym. Its little more expensive than some of the other gyms but I guess you get what you pay for.

I came in here because I got a Facebook ad for a free trial but when I got here they wouldn't let me in because membership service wasn't in to activate my trial. It would have been helpful if they told me that when I called before I went all the way across town. I went in and paid $25 for a pass to go to their gym. On my way in a sales person gave me her card and told me that I could sign up for a free trial next time she is working but for now I would have to pay.I figured I'd bite the bullet and just pay for my workout. I was underwhelmed. For one, NO SQUATRACK. That is like having a burger shop that doesn't sell fries. Ridiculous! No, the smith machine doesn't count. Ignoring the fact that they didn't have the most important exercise equipment for the human body's largest muscle group, the rest of it really wasn't that great either. There weren't that many people but the gym wasn't very clean or organized. There were different sized weights everywhere and I couldn't find weight clips for the bench press. The locker room was pretty messy too.Because of the relatively low costs I would have considered the place since it is so close to my work but I just can't take the mediocrity and poor customer service. Thank you, next.

The staff are so friendly and professional. The whole place is super clean. There are a ton of classes and personal training options and equipment. What else could you want?

State of the art equipment but there is some stuff that is an "extra charge" to use which is standard in other gyms. I.e. medicine balls & turf area ect. That's why I give 4 stars and not 5

Excellent gym. It would be great if they had a swimming pool, and if the juice bar on the ground floor was open.

Great gym with amazing staff. Would recommend to anyone in the center city area looking for a full service gym.
