No tour was provided. Tried opening a membership. Process requires you to link your card to your bank and checking routing numbers. All done up front without looking at the screen of what ur typing in. Couldn't remember a number from my bank's routing. Needed to come back. I asked if i could use the bathroom and was refused bcz I wasn't a member yet. This all happened before 7 a.m. on 08/27/23. I couldn't believe it.

My new home gym I love this place in the environment I can truly escape the world outside and be into my own little zone for improvement on physical wellness and mental toughness they have everything you need for the world-class athletes that come in and out of town

Bad management no help with anything. Equipment is broken . And nothing was done with a harassment incident I reported. By far the worst gym I've been to and they try to masquerade as if they actually care. Then there's the fees they still charge after you try to cancel anything. I feel bad for the employees.

Been a long time member. Was very excited for the upgrade of the yard like every member I’m sure. But the lack of attention to areas in the gym have made the experience discouraging. You pay for membership yet your here cleaning after others. Everyday there is a mess. You must walk around and look for dumbbells that match. Weights are spread out throughout the gym trash are in corners. Don’t even get me started on the out door, it is extremely embarrassing how do they even show new members this area it’s filthy. No pride is taken in this area this area is completely alone it is dusty trash debris ants, weights that have bent due to the heat. And yes, I have brought my concerns to the front desk but since there’s only young adults what can they do. They just nod and look lost.

Check in system works half the time! Also most of the time machines are down. Customer service isn't friendly and had little knowledge.

This is the most poorly maintained EOS I've ever been to. Nothing is racked properly, there are no 2.5 LB plates at all, it's dirty, and the plates don't match.

I've been to 6 different EOS, and this is by far the worst. Mean employees, never a racked dumbbell or plate to be seen. Members and employees don't care for the place here

I am happy with EOS, since joining Jan 1, of 2020, I love my fitness classes, which include zumba classes with Angie godinez She brings so much energy, passion, love, determination, inspiration, & motivation for everyone. She is funny & makes us laugh & gets people in a happy mood without even trying. She absolutely loves what she does. All the members that attend her classes are so happy to have her as their instructor. & She always has members come in for the first time, & they do come back again.All of the members that do attend, do not want to lose any of her classes she currently has at 75th & encanto. Until September of 2022, she had Zumba classes on Wednesdays, fridays, Saturdays & sundays at this location, Then suddenly she lost Wednesdays, & sundays per the schedule manager at the time & did not get them back. 🤔. So we, members really do appreciate & love Angie for ALL she does for us. Go Zumba 🕺😊❤️
