This gym is becoming getto they need to do better when hiring people no hand towels no one walks around make sure it's clean smh

I have been to many Fitness gym . La Fitness, Iron girls , planet fitness, Vesa fitness lastly. La fitness had the kid’s club for $10 / per child. Vesa fitness 15/per child and they give discount if you have more kids. And also very clean. What made me leave vesa fitness is that we have moved and it’s fare right now . So I decided to join EOS fitness for the first time and I asked for the kids club price and they said it’s $20 per child . I have three kids can you imagine how costly it would be . I think $20 is too much. Also the gym cleanliness is not the best as the others

Be careful with what plan you pick. There are no email notices about upcoming automatic payments or clear documentation that states hidden fees. So if your charged and you don’t have the balance to cover, it’s an additional $30 charge fee. Spoke with #Jenniva about the situation and claimed she was the location manager, called back and was told it was someone else. My payment went from $69 bucks to $117 in one week and I have only had my membership for 2-1/2 weeks.This location is dope, but the staff need to more transparent about billing and not so quick to sign you up for that commission. #NoCap

Unfortunately, leaving a bad review to a nice location with a great set up. Management displays prejudices that interfere with maintaining a positive workout environment. Front desk workers not willing to help because they only relay information to "people who can help".I wanted to cancel coaching sessions that weren't even given to me. Talked to Ale more than four times in regards to what was going on. It was always on going solutions to continue his shift. Talked to Brian once and flat out told me." No I couldn't cancel" later on a different day after work after "supposedly" head manager would refund 4 transactions that weren't authorized. I waited for more than 40 min while management would look at me and avoid eye contact. Speechless. Needless to say very unprofessional. I got tired of waiting so I left and continued to find other resources to get this problem fixed. Unfortunately head manager still has not contacted me to help the situation and still continue to charge my account.

Unprofessional, prejudice, scammers, I went in to get a member and they convinced me that a personal trainer would help me with my goals. Well long story short my goals were not met, I would need to keep on my personal trainer or he wouldn’t schedule me, he also would hardly ever pay any attention to me. I went in to cancel, they said I couldn’t do that so I went to talk to them again and of course nobody there knew how to do anything. This has ruined my overall gym experience, would be lucky if I went to a gym again after this experience. I just want my membership canceled and to move on my way.

Used to like going to this place. But was told not to come workout here even though I was paying their membership fee for $26 dollar a month. Tried to cancel from there on but EŌS still won’t cancel my membership and taking money from me. Manager here just dodges the calls. For some apparent reason he’s never there when I’ve ask to speak with him. Terrible gym management here.

I was getting ready to give them a bad review. It seems like we’re only encouraged to get reviews if we’re dissatisfied.I had to call their billing office headquarters whatever because of suspicious activitySome lady with a possibly Asian accent name, and or something like that, took care of the problemShe was very professional. She may not have been happy about it, but she was professional, and did not argue the facts once presented. Which is unusual in this day and age usually you have to fight tooth and nail and then report fraud but I presented the fax once and she double checked her records and we were good.Which is good because I really like the location. The swimming pool is nice and the punching bag is a good stress relief. The place is almost always clean. And I don’t think I’ve ever seen any drama there a little suspicious activities over now and then, but no drama ever followed through.Which is good because my son enjoys going to the gym with me on the rare occasion that we goI’ve gotten a few friends over the years to get memberships. I don’t think any of them kept their memberships to date. I’m the only one that’s been happy with the location. My friends had their own complaints for whatever reasons but I’m content there and my son loves it that’s all that counts.For some reason, there’s always some kind of unnecessary complication here too many to list don’t seem to have complications with the other locations though

I'm from out of town on vacation but they granted me a free 7-day pass on the website. Really clutch

I like EOS, always have. Some of the locations are better than others, but Encanto is my favorite.
