I've been going to this EOS on 75th Ave and Encanto for 4+ years. I never had a problem until a couple days ago. The staff there are not on the same page when it comes down to taking care of your account, they don't answer phones there then when they do you get the run around or they don't do what they say they'll do. Then when you walk in they're standing around chatting.

Half the equipment is broken or missing pieces. Cable machines are not labeled so no idea how much weight you're lifting. Place is very large but still has so many people it's hard to get a machine.

Will not cancel membership or refund money. I used to be a regular but after a car accident where my vehicle was t-boned and rolled over I stopped going for recovery. It’s been a year and I still get charged for personal training and the membership fee. I call and they say I have to go in and you go in and they say they aren’t in charge of giving refunds, what kind of scam is this! The management here are a bunch of money hungry a-holes

Over all I used to like this gym... but now Im over it as more then half the machines are usually broken and never seem to be fixed. The sauna always smells and is too small.Ridiculously hard to get ahold of anyone at the front desk which has caused me to have to come down 3 different times outside of when I come to work out, all to be told I have to come back when a manager gets in, cause Noone there is authorized to downgrade a plan. Then was advised a manager would contact me directly and never did... very upsetting and thinking of switching locations/membership completely.

This gym is not bad itself but the prices are out of range like even to cancle you still have to pay and like everyone else they pressure you to accept things and there rarely any weights on the racks.

Posting a little late because I was waiting to hear about what the cameras captured, but apparently it was not that serious. A female being made feel uncomfortable by a group that was clearly not working out, not serious enough maybe? I enjoyed working out here because there is a pool, which Planet Fitness does not have. On June 13 at 8:30pm I had an incident happen in the pool area where I was swimming laps. I left the gym crying, and have not returned since because I was waiting to hear back from someone. There was a group of men hanging out like it was a party to the corner of the pool area making comments. My understanding was that the pool was for workouts. I assumed they were finishing up and would be leaving soon, but that was not the case. They stayed there the entire time I was working out. There was one point that it seemed like one of them exposed themselves and I was just in complete disbelief. I made note of the time, and noticed the camera in the corner because by now I felt uncomfortable and in disbelief. I let the front desk know, and was told I would be contacted because the manager that has access was not present. I was never contacted. I called again two days ago and requested to be contacted again, and nothing. I also haven’t worked out there since that day. Still got charged this month, and will again next month. I am continuing to pay for a place that I thought would at least acknowledge an incident of possible sexual harassment on their premises. It sucks because again, I really enjoyed working out here.

Extremely busy but was still able to find some machines. Lots of the treadmills were broke.

This gym is becoming getto they need to do better when hiring people no hand towels no one walks around make sure it's clean smh

Needs improvement. Shower stalls are broken. The automatic swim trunk strainer is broken. Bathrooms are messy. It’s obvious management doesn’t care about this EŌS location. Management should go visit the one in Surprise on Litchfield and learn from them.
