Can we get more benchs in this gym. For such a huge location only 4 bench press station. Let's take away that cycling room and replace with bench press room.

Over half of the machines are broken in the cinema room since 2022. People wait next to you and make it uncomfortable and awkward since machines are broken. Sauna out of service, pool too. 30% of machines broken apart from cinema. Cinema room also glitches movie so many times and make movies restart. Way too crowded and can be a safety/fire problem

I have been going to this location for the past 3 weeks and I’ve noticed the lack of acknowledgment when checking in and out. A simple greeting in and or out would make one feel welcomed, I personally do not get that feel. No eye contact, no “have a good workout”, not even a smile. I have gone to the locations on 59th and the 101, or 83rd & Thunderbird. I receive a sense of welcome in those establishments. Wish staff would just be overall kind and welcoming to their customers.

Probably the largest EoS I have been to thus far but it's very busy and the extra space is definitely used! The staff was great. I seen them routinely checking the floor, cleaning, and straightening up. Great place to workout!

I love France"s energetic zumba classes. Also appreciate Angie's enthusiasm and inspiration . I look forward to Olga's fun and motivational class. They are the best!

The customer service at this specific location is horrific. Tajah, operations “manager” is obese with a bad personality. She should not be running a gym, let alone stand at the front desk dealing with people. Their front desk people are not personable and not welcoming. Other EOS locations we visit are great — friendly. Don’t want to generalize but is it the “hood” location? C’mon EOS-Phoenix, ramp us your customer service level!

First time there. Have a membership. Dont think I will go back to this one. Waiting on the one to open on Baseline & 202.. They were not accommodating being a first time visitor, did not ask to take me on a tour or explain all the machines and how to get signed into the classes (Zumba). Nothing ! Not a friendly atmosphere from staff or members to be honest.

Felt very welcomed and enjoy coming to workout plus my daughter loves coming to the kids club the ladies treat her very good makes me feel comfortable leaving during our workout time

I have used 6 other EŌS and this is by far the busiest I’ve ever used. Unless you are planing on going at the least busiest hours you can bet on it being extremely crowded. And if you plan on using the sauna, practice fitting in a sardine can before hand because it’s the same thing. Outside of that, the equipment is in good shape and the staff is nice.

Horrible, they convinced me to get the personal trainer and for the first appointment dude didn’t even show up. They rescheduled and I told the guy I will be working that day and he scheduled me anyways. Smh, I asked if I could just cancel since clearly I won’t be able to use the trainer. And they basically attacked me over the phone then hung up! I regret going there so bad! (And they said I won’t be able to cancel!) clearly this happens too often! Do not trust them!!
