Everything I love about a gym experience was here! Good patrons, good staff, good amount of equipment. Great gym location.

Too bad there is no 0 stars i expected better facilities. Dirty showers, broken equipment, people getting in for free, members overusing perfume scents that at best are from walmart clearance. I expected better from a proclaimed best in the valley. Unfortunately you guys win by default. To top it all the remodeling is 3 months over completion date.You guys have to separate the teardrop and fullsize punching bagsPicket ball of all the waste of space you guys chose picket ballWhy not an empty floor where people could use it to workout this is beyond ridiculous.It is still the same i asked them to separate the 2 punching bags but they do not listen.

My daughter and I signed up for a gym membership. I can't remember the guy who assisted with signing us up. But of course, upon signing up, we were never told about the crazy late fees that would be applied if you're late with a payment.Last month, I paid $101 for a $24 monthly membership. (Just mine, not even including my daughter's mind you) . Ok, whatever, it included my annual fee, monthly membership, and a late fee. ThenNow fast forward to this month. I was charged $51.99 for a $24 membership because I had to pay it 1 day late...They basically give no grace period before being charged a $25 late fee to your account.Then, when I called to cancel our membership, I was told I couldn't and needed to call back on Monday.👀 so I called ABC Financial, and they canceled it for me with no problem. SmhI would rather find a different gym.. the fees here are crazy and it's even more crazy that whenever I go, it's SUPER Packed🥴.

I have been going to this gym for a while now. I love how they have upgraded this gym! I absolutely love the staff! Today I was on the stair master, and I dropped my ear bud into the machine, I Quickley went up front to get the front desk employee Alexis and he got up with no problem to help me, he had to unscrew the panel and everything! I am so happy that he was able to recover my ear bud. We all know you cannot workout with no music. I am extremely happy that he helped me because he could have just said it wasn't his problem. Thank you again Alexis!

I went here to check out the new side they just opened it is bigger and somewhat nice however the dumbbell rack does not have a mirror on the new side so you cannot watch your form while working out without a mirror .Also I noticed that the bench chairs on the old side are no longer bolted to the ground this is not safe at all and someone can seriously get hurt . Please address this immediately as this is the only EŌS fitness I’ve been to that does not have the benches bolted on the floor.

This gym expanded recently and is really inclusive for a wide variety of workout styles. If you aren't sure what to do or how to start, all of their trainers are great! I gotta shout out A.J. tho, he's the best!

This location I was hyped for looking forward to go but after meeting the staff and how they treated me after denying the personal trainer/nutrition person I have yet to return I signed up and it's just pulling the money out of my bank account your staff gave the worst experience possible I haven't cancelled my membership in fear that they might retaliate. Worst experience ever .very judgemental. Definitely a place where if you can't afford all the goodies you are look at as trash . Going back to planet fitness at least there they didn't pressure me .

Paid for towel service and the machine never works. Front desk doesn’t know the code and aren’t able/willing to call their management for help when needed. Overall good facility, sub par customer service at best. Alex is the only helpful front desk person I’ve encountered thus far.

Very nice facility. Seems to be very clean and nice locker rooms. I have noticed several patrons not wiping down equipment when they finish though.
