Far East Martial Arts & Fitness

I very much highly recommend this facility. This place is great way to show discipline. With all of the things in the world going on with COVID, they have been compliant with taking temperature checks at the door. I have witnessed the instructors sending kids home if they cough or sneeze. This has been extremely comforting to see with my own kids. If you do take time out, they work with you to make up missed time. You learn great techniques, but also learn not to be a bully. I highly recommend coming here for yourself and your family.

I would not recommend this martial arts gym. They get you in a year long contract that you can't cancel, the classes are run with very little discipline. When I first had my son going months ago it wasn't as bad but now the kids don't listen in class at all. They have older kids with the smaller ones learning. An older girl intentionally did an arm bar as hard as she could in my 4 year old son and the sensi just made her apologize nothing else. No sitting out, no push ups, no explanation to the class or the girl of the importance of not intentionally trying to hurt another student.They also have a ton of sick kids coming in that do not get sent home. Yet they have acknowledged and made comments about it. Saying I'm wearing a mask because parents keep sending their kids here sick. Who says that to another parent?Overall bad experience.ResponseI agree that can happen in any sport. It's the way it was handle. The situation was not addressed properly. It could have been a learning experience, instead class just went on. There is also no way this class is just 4-6 year old. There are older kids in there as well. That should have not been around my son based off your ages listed.Also I was not just just let out of my contract. I was charged $299 dollars for early termination. Which is ridiculous.Thank you for your well wishes. Hoping you guys use this feedback to improve for future classes.

My sons have been attending a month now and they look forward to their time spent here. They are very thrilled to challenge others and have learned numerous fighting techniques. They are acquiring disciplinary strategies that are enabling them to become well behaved children as well as students. The staff is courteous and professional.

Words can not express how wonderful our experience has been. From the moment we first came to ask questions and to see what/how the classes are to currently. The atmosphere is always positive, encouraging, and welcoming. Not only myself but my whole family are doing classes. Truly grateful be apart of the far east martial arts family. If you are looking for either yourself or your kids, this is hands down the best place you could ever go.

Far East is one of the best decision I made for my nephew! He’s learning to to respect his siblings more. Since joining Far East he has become way more Discipline. Mike is the best Sensei. The best experience overall.

I wanted to help my son burn some of that 7 year old energy off and get off some video games we were looking to enroll him into an activity that would help. Far East Martial Arts was a great choice. Between burning of energy, they also learned discipline, self confidence, fitness, and self defense all in place. My kids is 7 and he enjoys going two nights a week. This is a amazing start to get your kids out of the house and active. It is a very friendly family environment. My son is so happy he took the first step to do the free class. I am super happy he found a positive outlet. Highly recommended give them a chance. God Bless

Signed my 9 year old son up here to get him out of the house and burn off that extra energy. He had such a blast with the instructors and loved going to class! The owners of the martial arts gym are amazing and very friendly. They work with parents to promote positive behavior at home as well as in their classes. My 6 year old son has fun every class they incorporate martial arts into fun activities for the kids to play and learn at the same time. Definitely recommend their business.
