Just completed my 3rd 30 day challenge with Tia and like the previous challenges, it did not disappoint! After a hard winter/spring work wise, I needed a bit of a kick in the butt to get my act together and this challenge was perfect! The platform that Tia uses to share training sessions allows for ease of viewing her technique videos, which are great for newbies as well as the seasoned athlete looking to refresh their form. Furthermore, Tia’s generosity of reviewing up to 3 technique video’s per week was key and likely reduces a lot of injuries for the athlete moving forward. Lastly, the FB group was great for accountability and support. Highly recommend joining a future challenge! Tia is a wealth of knowledge and knows how to get you moving towards your fitness goals!

I started lifting consistently about 2 years ago. My gym closed in March and was searching for a person/group to challenge me to lift more an heavier. Tia help me build confidence in my form and strength. The group challenge was so supportive yet encouraged me to push harder. Great experience.

Tia Norris is buy far the best personal trainer around. I’ve used her for a few years and have gained a huge amount of knowledge along with gaining strength and endurance in most of my lifts. She is no bs trainer. Highly recommend fitprollc if your new or experienced.

This was my first real experience with strength training. It was always something I wanted to add to my routine but always put it off. This was a great kick starter for me. The app was perfect for tracking my progress and guiding me through the workouts. I used the videos daily to review each exercise and to ensure I was doing it correctly. Another thing worth noting was the ability to send videos to for my for to be review and critiqued. 5 ⭐️

Tia is amazing! She is knowledgeable, motivating, and passionate about her work. She helps you to set goals and gets you there, while at the same time helping you to be realistic. She truly pushes you to new levels. I joined up with her 30 Day Challenge and saw amazing results. Tia sets the bar high for a fitness professional. I have participated in two of her 30 day challenges, which were different as far as programming, but truly life changing. I have transformed both mentally and physically through her dedicated approach to designing workouts that are progressively challenging, unique and dynamic. Tia has a punchy, tell it like it is, no b.s. style which keeps you accountable and committed. She goes above (way above) the call of duty to provide support with nutrition and creating a synergy and community type feel to her group challenges (truly difficult as people join from all over the country).
